These ladies do a great job. They even send texts letting me know when my items are ready, and their prices are certainly reasonable. One of the BEST laundromats in Butte. I would choose this one over any of the other places any time. The place is always very clean and every time I go in I see staff sanitizing, vacuuming and wiping things down now that COVID is around. They have larger washers for comforters and smaller machines for regular size loads. There are 4-5 walls of very large dryers that actually get your clothes dry. That's a plus in my book! I suggest going any day but Sunday, as that is the busiest day. They do however have a drop off service. So you could utilize that as well. read more

Bad Experience 2 years ago, ruined a collectable hat, I knew there was no way to fix the color fade that had occurred after they did the cleaning. After I picked up the hat and brought up the concern, I was told she would look into it. Several days later I went back in to get an explanation. The young lady had never brought up the issue, the owner was there and could have cared less about the problem. He blamed someone else for the problem. Again, I knew there was no way to fix the color fade and no way to replace the hat. Moneyback or an apology was really the only thing I was looking for. I ended up with neither one. I send my clothes out of town to be dry cleaned now. I would find anywhere else to take my clothes to be dry cleaned. That is how bad of an experience it was that 2 years later I am finally getting to leave a review. read more

I was extremely satisfied with this laundromat. Very clean and people there were not sketchy. The staff was extremely helpful. Washer got jammed with my quarters .They replaced my detergent and put me in another machine for free. I highly recommend this place. read more

This is probably the cleanest laundry mat in Butte (and I've been to most of them). Service is always super polite and helpful, and the place is CLEAN!!!! No sketchy people that you may find at other laundromats. They have a nice clean waiting room, TV and free wifi. Good job guys! read more

I would not recommend anyone to this place. After weeks of machines and dryers being out of order, one or a few not having signs after you have placed your clothes im them I wanted to talk to the owner. I would also not recommend this as he is very aggressive and hostile and makes excuses along with his morining laundry lady. The place has potential but the owner and his business have horrible customer service. read more

So clean and the best service you can get at any laundry and dry cleaner also they have great tips for removing spots and loading the washers and dryers to get the most out of your dollar it takes a little time for the dry cleaning to get finished but it's worth the wait thank you clean and dry for making my laundry day a better experience. read more

Came in for my first time and the machine took most of my quarters. I thought, no big deal I'll just ask one of the staff. They were not friendly at all and made me feel like I was trying to steal a free wash. Yes it was only a few dollars but customer service is very important and I will not be returning. read more
