They used the DiolazeXL machine, and the treatments were incredibly efficient. I was in and out in under 15 minutes each session. After completing 6 sessions, I couldn't be happier with the results. A huge thank you to Paula for making the experience such a positive one. I also ended up purchasing some medical-grade skincare products from Vivier and booked a Botox appointment for my forehead and 11's. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic: great experience, efficient treatments, and excellent service.

This place has a serious issue with customer service and actually resolving customer concerns. I…read morecalled months ago to explain that I can't use my remaining tanning minutes due to a medical condition and asked for a simple resolution--like converting the minutes into spray tans or products. I never even asked for a refund. I was told multiple times that someone would get back to me. Months went by and I heard nothing. I followed up again and explained my situation, and once again was told someone would reach out. No one ever did. At that point, it felt like my calls were being ignored, so I showed up in person and asked to speak with an owner. I was told they were busy and that I would get a call back. That still hasn't happened and I was told they would call me "tomorrow". They also claim to have a no-refund policy, but there is no *dated* policy posted anywhere. When I asked to see it, I was told to speak with the owners, who, again, never followed up. On top of that, my actual experiences tanning here were not great. I consistently left with skin irritation, and there was a serious incident where glass from a tanning machine fell on me and I had to be helped out by staff and the owner. At this point, it's clear there's a pattern of avoiding accountability and not following through with customers. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this reasonably and have gotten nowhere. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers and takes responsibility when issues come up
