What I have since learned is that their advertised price is for one treatment while the other place is the same price for a series of treatments, making Bouvardia many times more expensive. I am not sure how they compare for other types of treatments. The staff do seem friendly but it also feels like they are trying to do a hard sell and get as much money out of you as they can. I also ended up on their email list without permission (I had emailed them to ask a question once). The treatments were fine, but I would much rather save a ton of money and go elsewhere. I doubt I will be back. Update: This seems to be another of those small businesses that abuse personal contact information. Despite never consenting to be on their mailing list in the first place, and requesting at least once a couple years ago for them to delete my email address and remove me from their email list, they still sent email. Be wary about giving them any personal contact information if you go there!

I ended…read moreup with multiple small cuts, deep indents, and long horizontal scratches all over my face -- injuries I believe were caused by overly aggressive microdermabrasion. The next day, the areas scabbed over, were extremely red and sore, and my skin still hasn't healed. I'm now worried about scarring. I reached out immediately after the facial and emailed them but they didn't respond. After posting a google review, they finally contacted me and said they would refund me if I deleted the review. I did as requested but they never reached out again/refunded or acknowledged the pictures I sent them of the injuries. I would avoid this place because of the aggressive treatments, the injuries I sustained, and their unprofessional, unethical behaviour.
