When I got to office for regular cleaning the hygienist stated asking lots of medical questions, saying it wasn't up to her. She lectured me on dental health being root cause of health problems and answered my questions without respect for my feelings. Dentist came over saying he heard the conversation, and he would not treat me, he would not fix my cavaties as was scheduled and I would have to leave. They got the full payment for the only covered exam I had left for the year, and wasted several weeks of my time delaying my treatment, creating stress and financial difficulties. Luckily another dentist is going to help me.

Feels like my tooth, amazing. But, every appointment I made resulted in sitting in the pleasant lobby with others that were booked for the same time, I always waited an hour or more. Not sure why they make appointments and then book many at the same time. VERY EXPENSIVE. They would not use the crown that fell out, had to start from scratch with the most extensive set of x -rays I've ever had for my teeth, a build up (temp), then the fabulous crown. I booked it as as urgent, but it was not treated with any urgency, at all. I sat with a billing person to discuss cost and schedules, hat to make two large payments, but thought I was done with it and then weeks later I got yet another bill for the x-rays, that was not mentioned as being separate. They quoted me a separate price for a crown that was the last step in an implant from another state, they wanted over $2,000. So, although I love them personally, I will not be going back and nor do I recommend them to anyone that is not full of money and in no hurry.

Recently, I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted and frankly I was a little nervous about having this procedure done since the last tooth I lost was put under my pillow with the hope that the tooth fairy would visit. In other words, a long time ago. Dr Larson and his able staff took time to listen & reassure to me that the extraction would be painless and without complications. The procedure was in fact done without pain or discomfort and I was on my way back home in no time. The next day Dr Larson's staff followed up the aftercare instructions given at the office with a written summary of aftercare instructions and encouraged me to call if I had any questions.
