I used to think this car wash was among the best in the area but it's gone down hill severely in the last year. I can't count how many times I have gotten STUCK inside the wash with my kids in the car freaking out and not a single employee came to let us know what was going on. They disappeared as 2-3 cars sat for at least 5 minutes (I took a video). This could have been very bad if the wrong person got stuck in the wash. After the most recent time getting stuck and then leaving with soap covering my car in freezing temps I am cancelling my membership the first chance I get. There are too many other car washes in the area to choose from to settle on this place. They'll be out of business if they don't get it together soon. read more

I liked this place when it first opened. Now it's meh. I have a membership for $20 a month and it's good for basically a rinse, but that's it. The car never really comes out clean. Whitewater without my knowledge enrolled me in a $28.99 monthly car wash program after I authorized a $18.99 car wash with a 30 unlimited car wash on 5-9-2025. You scammed me and you are scamming other customers. You can make it right by informing your customers before charging them, and stop unlawful business practices. read more

Buyer beware... I had a lower package and decided to try the top package after two weeks went inside and told them to put it back to my original package...they charged me for both packages for three months before I caught it $24.99 plus $39.99 for three months on the same car. Now getting someone to refund me is next to impossible... waiting to hear for corporate office. UPDATE pointed out the error and they were very helpful in fixing the problem. Once again, not enough help at this establishment. These poor employees are trying to wash your car and continuously running out because the computers are malfunctioning where the customers come into the gate. For a package of four for my family I'm ready to pull the plug. There are many other washes in our area. I encourage others to seek. I have complained many times and I do not see any improvement at this car wash. Also sitting out on a main road is not safe for anyone. It's a shame that racism still exists in today's society. Where everyone should be treated with respect and equally WhiteWater employees stated racial slurs saying, "African Americans can't hold and keep a job". After reviewing customer satisfaction complaints/ reviews I can see where fraud is happening at different locations. Where customers are treated hostile and disrespected, and when their complaints are being heard employees say take it or leave their services (after taking their money and declining a refund). This is the best car wash I've ever found. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Car washes are reasonable priced, and they have LOTS of stalls for cleaning your car with free vacuums, free towels and cleaners and a free mat washing station. They have made it so easy to keep my car neat and clean. It's not touchless, though if that's a concern for your car. I won't go anywhere else. read more

The vacuum area is extremely dirty. While the car wash is acceptable, the vacuums are usually broken. Nice that they have towel and cleaning fluids but the environment is lacking in cleanliness and function. It's a car wash...it should be clean. read more
