I haven't had my car washed in probably six months or better and my parents live on Allen Road so it was a dirt ball. I was fully expecting to have to go through it again so I only picked the super wash, the $10 wash and I added the three dollar tire cleaner. I was shocked when I got out and saw that my "cherry chip" looked beautiful! Even the tires and the mudflaps or whatever you call them around the tires looked so clean. The best car wash I've had in ages! I did give them a one dollar tip as I came in and joked with them about not knowing what I was doing. Maybe that helped. Ha ha. Hope you enjoy the video I posted. I purchased a coupon book of 10 washes. I used the last one in October. As I exited the car wash, I noticed that the blowers were not working. My car came out so wet that I had to use the wipers to see clear enough to drive around to the entrance to let them know that there was a problem. The attendant told me that they were aware that the blowers were broke, but said that the cars were still being dried ok. When I told (showed ) him that my car was NOT Even close to being dry, he just shrugged his shoulders.------no offer to return my coupon or offer to rewash when the blowers were working---they just continued to push cars through.----COMPLETE FAILURE!!! read more

The attendant on my left with the green hair did a good job with the wheel wells. The attendant on my right with the dreadlocks left all of the mud in my wheel wells. The rest of the machinery left plenty of dirt on the back of my GMC Acadia. I would not recommend leaving a tip prior to the wash starting and thinking you would get better service. A side note : it wasn't busy, there were NO cars behind me and only ONE in front of me, and he had to retrieve a part to his car that had been pulled off by the machinery. read more

Hands down the best Car Wash I have ever been to. Every employee there has a positive attitude, the new wax that they have seems to keep my ride squeaky clean, and I love the new additions they have made to the place. They always get the wheel wells much better than any other wash I have been to, as well as the back of the car. They have an underbody low pressure and a separate high pressure add on with a type of wax that prevents rust from salt and dirt. Love this place! read more

Lived in Howell for almost 3 years and have used this car wash without incident approximately 75 times. Recently ran my car through it and had two of my wheels damaged, one quite severely. I returned immediately to the wash, where the employee had me fill out an incident report, noting himself, that my vehicle was in excellent condition prior to entering the wash. He assured me the owner would "contact me and take care of things." A week or so passed and I had no contact from the owner. I called and left a message. I attempted on several occasions to call another location in Fenton, MI, but calls never went through. I stopped by this location a couple of days later, and spoke with another employee. He told me "It's impossible for our equippment to do that. You (me) show me how it could happen. For all I know you hit a curb when you pulled in here." He told me he'd pass the information along to the owner and have him contact me. Another week or so passed and nothing. So I went as far as finding the owner on FaceBook and I sent him two messages, a couple of days apart. To date, I have had NO form of contact from the owner or anyone from this car wash. Doing some more research I find "reviews" under some other sites, and the reviews were written BY the owner himself. Even went as far as using his full name! Made me realize just what type of person I am dealing with. I figure I am never going to hear from him and will chalk the damage up to a bad experience. But I sure won't use his car washes again and I'd highly recommend no one use his services either. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Due to an employees neglect they damaged my truck. The employee immediately admitted they made a mistake. I left my contact information with the employee and asked for the owner to call me. They never did. I called 5 times and left messages and went back to the car wash 3 times, still nothing. Please boycott this place. If the owner neglects to deal with customers and issues they deserve to go out of business. read more

Service was absolutely terrible. Never have I gone to a carwash that did as poorly a job as this one. You'd get a better car wash if you drove your car into a lake. If you want to save your money don't ever go here, worst $6 ever spent. read more

This place deserves zero stars. Went through car wash on Sunday and immediately noticed symmetrical scratches at the same height on both sides of our truck and scratches across the hood. Went right back to complain to staff and was given owner's name and phone number. Had to call several times for owner to finally call back only to be told it wasn't his problem. He had the nerve to hang up on my husband instead of being a stand-up business person. Way to serve the community in which you do business. This place does not deserve to be patronized. There are much better car washes to go to in Howell. read more
