Dumb name, nice clothes. It makes me think of that footballer's talk show - The Wright Stuff. But the clothes are nice - think floaty dresses, knitwear, skirts, functional trousers and jewellery bits and bobs - and though it's a chain it seems to have a softer approach than many, with the motto "Lovely clothes for lovely people".
I haven't looked at the boy's section but they have a decent amount of space devoted to them which can't be said for most clothes shops. This branch isn't very big but manages to offer enough to make a wander around the place quite browseworthy.
The White Stuff isn't cheap but the prices are realistic for the quality - the knee high bed socks and big quilted hooded bodywarmer I bought here a few months ago are worn by me weekly and are in great condition so far.
I don't think I'd buy clothes from them online (http://www.whitestuff.com) because I've tried a few things on in store that looked perfect on the hanger and a bit odd on me, but I'll happily pop in to the East Dulwich branch if I'm passing by. read more
