Why pay $1,500 for a filling that continues to fall out. I want my money back. Dr Amore is the worst dentist!

On my first visit with Dr. Zabiegalski for a tooth extraction I initially spoke with his assistant,…read moretelling her that I wanted a local anesthetic for the procedure, stating that I had no one to drive me home if he put me out. She had offered me a choice between a local and a general. I next met with the doctor, and he did not ask me anything about it. When I came in for the procedure, we briefly discussed this and he gave me an injection and said it would take 4 minutes to take effect. After that, he began pulling my molar, rocking it back and forth. It came out during the procedure, which I screamed through the entire time (I was heard in the waiting area), that an abscess can severely limit the effectiveness of a local. Three times I begged him to stop, and he did not until I grabbed his arm and made him. At one point he asked me "why stop now, we're almost done?" and he kept going. It was savage, and my new oral surgeon told me that this may constitute assault. I am 65 years old and tough but never have I gone through anything like this. I likened it to the way the former Soviet Union extracted information from enemy spies. Yesterday I had a crown removed from a molar right next to the extracted tooth and the dentist took about an hour and 3 injections to get the area numb, though much of the delay was due to her being with other patients. She told me the first injection was basically to prepare for further ones, but she ensured the area was numb. Dr. Z gave me but one and waited just four minutes before an extraction and didn't check for numbness. It was one of the most painful things that I have ever experienced. He could have insisted before we started that I find a driver, but did not.

One goes out to Dr. Kline who I feel does excellent work and is extremely professional. I would recommend him to anyone. A second shout out goes to Michelle, the office manager, who has been beyond helpful in all my dealings with this office.

Dr. Tran was friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time with me in figuring out what could be the cause of this unknown, on and off pain on one of my molars. He sat down, and explained in detail my x-rays and the iTero scan that was taken, you can quickly see how passionate and educated he is! He will take the time to explain everything in detail. Luckily for me, it was a bite issue which he resolved. The whole staff was very attentive and helpful. The minute I walked in they all had a smile on their face, even though it was a Saturday morning. Jackie was the dental assistant who took my x-rays and itero scan, she was very professional & had a good chair side manner. The office is very spacious, clean and has a warm welcoming feeling, they currently have all fall fun decorations. I was impressed by the team work relationship they have. I highly recommend Dr. Vu Tran & his staff to anyone looking for a honest and great dentist. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and family!

But an intuitive approach to not using huge amounts of novocaine and a gentle approach to doing the back molars without making my mouth feel sore was such a relief. I found everything about the experience top notch. Already have been recommending this dentist ( Dr. Alba) to my son and a friend. Finally feel I found a "home" for my dental needs after 6 years with a practice that can't match her skills.

You do not even deserve one star! RUN.....don't walk…read more.....AWAY from this office! This is the worst dental experience I've ever had, and it's not over yet. In August, 2025, I fractured my bridge and swallowed my front tooth while eating a simple hamburger. A bridge Dr. Alba had put in less than two years before. Dr. Alba told me my ONLY option was to remove all my upper teeth and get a denture (a total lie) -- and that I'd "never be a day without teeth." They demanded full payment immediately. I went two weeks without a front tooth. On September 5, 2025, I went through a very painful extraction experience with bone grafts and lots of stitches from a periodontist recommended by Dr. Alba. Another horrific experience! The immediate denture was a terrible fit -- oversized, uncomfortable, extreme overbite, and constant gagging. I would never actually be treated by Dr. Alba from this point forward. When I mentioned my concerns, the dental assistant at Dr. Alba's office rudely told me to "deal with it." After several more frustrating and painful visits, I was promised a replacement (mid-October). After many broken promises and no teeth at all, the new denture was finally available on December 23, 2025 late afternoon. The fit was just as bad. The dental assistant told me to come back after the holidays for an adjustment. Didn't even offer me a mirror to see! Still no usable teeth! I called the first day after the holidays, Jan 5, at 8:10am for an adjustment appointment, and the office manager said that I was being dismissed immediately as a patient because I was "too hard to please." Still no usable teeth! A new. professional, and well respected specialist has since confirmed that both dentures are in fact completely unusable -- poorly made, misaligned, and far too large. Their professional opinion was that no amount of adjustments would ever make it usable or wearable. This has been extremely painful, expensive, embarrassing, emotionally exhausting, and life changing. I strongly caution anyone considering this office! Between the poor quality of work, the rude staff and Doctor, and the many broken promises, I truly would NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Alba and her staff to anyone!
