The first time we visited him, we noticed that he had to regain his composure twice to catch himself from blowing up so to smooth things over we had to brown nose him with indirect compliments, He forgot about our return and it took him 9 weeks to finally finish. When we returned to get my tax return, he blew up because he didn't like my friend questioning him and basically told me that my friend would have to leave the office so he could continue, basically insulting the person that recommended him. Then he chased us to the hallway basically prompting my friend like he was looking for a fight. My friend had to literally ask him if he wanted to fight to get him to button up and return to his office. This guy is either having a personal crisis or has some deep emotional issues.
