Was in Ely for work and stayed here for a night. I've stayed in other Holiday Inns before but this…read moreone seemed even nicer than any I've stayed in before! Service at check in was wonderful. They were on a boil water notice so the coffee machines were down but free bottled water was provided and the room had a Keurig so that didn't affect me at all! Pool was also closed but I had no plans to swim anyway. The room itself was immaculately clean. Comfy beds and great pillows! I seem to have the worst luck when it comes to hotel pillows but these ones were perfect! I grabbed breakfast toward the end of breakfast time so I didn't have high hopes but everything still tasted pretty fresh and there was a good variety. I will likely be back in the area in the future and will be happy to stay here again.
