I talked to them about it and the lady admitted she messed up and the owner said it would be $300 extra dollar for them to fix their mistake. The owner was very arrogant during the phone conversation and didn't care that they screwed me over.

She had her paperwork from the courthouse with taxes, and year built, etc. she inspected my home left to do research and would call me. On 04/23/2025 almost 2 months later I called her back... I'm still waiting and anxious to list or start repair. She promised to check her notes and call me. On 05/23/2025 I called her bosses cell number and left a message. It is now May 28th, 2025 and I haven't heard from either one of them. I might add my house is not a dump. It's a 5 br / 3500 sq' ft on 1/2 lot. Even if they offered free services now I would not work with them!
