Randy and Liz are very helpful, tho. They don't push you too hard to do things that your body might not be able to take right away, because the clients here are all recovering from injuries of some sort, so we have to take it easy. I'm also receiving acupuncture now, or dry needling, I guess it's called and after my first week I have to say I love it. I needed therapy from tibial plateau fracture and developed complex regional pain syndrome in my right foot from the fracture. My surgeon didn't understand the problem and couldn't help me. Thanks to Jared, he had knowledge and helped me to understand and taught me how to deal with it. Jeff was also a great help during my recovery.
