Fun spot! Found this after an event at tinley park convention center. Cold & windy day but the kids had a blast. Would definitely return!

Short 9 hole. It's gotten better over the last year. Greens and bunkers need work still.

A good value bur they need a ranger. Allowing a group of 8 to play in front of me is ridic.

Several tee boxes were completely torn up and the water drainage is not good. There is a project to re-do bunkers going on and the new ones are in excellent shape while the old is effectively ground under repair. Every hole has ball washers and towels though they're clearly for the back tees because there is so much separation in tee boxes. Some cart paths are rough but it's not a broad issue. The staff are decently nice but the starter/ranger (doing double duty) knocks the rating down. The beverage cart seemed to end early as it wasn't seen after the front nine for a 2pm tee time. Pace should be managed better as there were multiple backups of 10+ min sitting and doing nothing. Clubhouse has a pretty good selection of food and prices are reasonable. $7 for a deli sandwich, $5 PB&J, etc. Carts don't have GPS but does have a card with 6 pin positions for every hole that is very informative. I hope the carts are upgraded to eliminate tears and cigarette burns in the seats at some point. The course is visually appealing and presents a good challenge. It's a good value at $62 for a weekend afternoon but could be improved in some aspects. It's worth playing.

We had a BEAUTIFUL wedding at Silver Lake in early May 2026. When we toured the grounds a little…read moreover a year prior, in February 2025, we knew the same day that this would be our place. Not only is the setting beautiful, but we could tell from the beginning that our occasion mattered to Silver Lake staff. For something as meaningful as a wedding, you want to feel special. We felt supported and in good hands; that feeling was consistent throughout the planning process as I planned our wedding (without planner) and had many questions to ask Janene along the way. Amy was super hands-on for the day-of, making sure things went according to plan. She even made our rehearsal fun. Our guests all had a great time as well and have complimented us on the food service. I'd do it all over again, truly. Thank you Silver Lake!

I'm writing this review today to let all the other folks that like to golf after work that maybe this course isn't for us. Today was the third time third time this season that I was met with a smug reply when asking if I could go out for a few holes. Tonight, I figured, where the sun was at, I could get a few done and be on my way. I figured wrong. I asked if I could golf a few with a cart and was told Id have to walk as the carts weren't available. I asked why and was told we don't "do" carts at this time. I guess the smug attitude from the kid behind the desk sort of sealed the deal for me. I know this establishment will do fine without my $40. I figured I'd just hop on the old interweb and alert all of my union, blue collar brothers and sisters to how I was treated. If you're looking for a quick nine after work definitely don't head here. They won't help you out. Head to one of the other courses in the area that are more accommodating to the after work time schedule. Other than the above, the course is great for where its at- if you can get on. Cheers everyone! Hit em straight!

Bettinardi Golf is a locally owned manufacturer of apparel and equipment. Kind of a basic concept when thinking about it. There's a crap ton one can buy though. Basically they've been around awhile. It's not one of the biggest golf companies, but they certainly have been successful. There's a lot of well known golfers who have used their clubs over the years. A few rinky dink tournament wins, but also a few majors. Several of the most successful to ever play including Matt Kuchar, Phil Mickelson, and Jesper Parnevik have PGA wins with them. Certainly there's plenty of other companies that players have won with too, so maybe not look into that too much of course. What sets them apart is the founder of the company Robert J. Bettinardi, who invented the one-piece milled putter. Also check out the retail store in Oak Brook. There's lots of great stuff. For sure it's great equipment and it's a great gift for someone you know. It's certainly innovative and they're always trying new things out. The company can give you more information about it on the website.

We were here for a wedding reception. When you enter, coat check is right there and then a grand staircase leads to the second floor. There was a nice bar and a welcoming fireplace. BUT, only one set was being used as an entrance because otherwise, the doors of the other entrance would have opened right into people. The corner table was right there. Eventually, someone opened one side of the set, but it was not convenient, by any stretch. Service was speedy and food was very good.
