I was in the area on vacation for 3 days and I visited Klimat 4 times. I was not disappointed at all. Their hookahs produce big clouds and they had good flavors. I believe I had peach, melon, strawberry and the last one isn't coming to me. Overall, 10/10 would recommend to a friend. If I'm ever in the area again, I know exactly where I'll be going. The only thing I am missing is decent swimming pool, as the one here is really very small and dark, which is a pity, as it couold easily imagine it facing the sea... WIth all the disadvantages of 5 star hotel, like everywhere in the world, paid internet, paid breakfasts and pricey parking, this is one of the best Sheratons in Europe I've been to. And off the season you can stay here for less than 100$!!! So if you are looking for small boutique hotels or villas, there are plenty of them around. But if you are used to high standard hotel experience, Sheraton would be my pick.

Cookies and other sweet things are also delicious here. The beer is also great and suits a place like this. Try the polish brands! And finally the food is great as well. I think they only serve Polish dishes. The only problem is that the menu is entirely in Polish. But the friendly staff did a good translation with a smile so the problem was not that big. The interior is really fantastic and unique. They have collected tons of old stuff from a time period that is no more. The things have a beautiful touch of patina from an interesting history. There seems to be new people working here every now and then. I went here every day on my last visit to Gdansk. Everyone from the staff were really nice and service minded. Each time was a pleasure to go here, because of the staff, the cool atmosphere and the food. I can highly recommend this very special place, but don't tell everyone, it's best kept as a secret! :)

The ambience did it for me. I felt like I was Alice in Wonderland when I stepped into the place, I just wanted to walk to every corner or the place and inspect all the furniture, wall art, books, antiques and trinkets. Whoever built this place is an artist and must be a very interesting person! I can lounge here forever. The whole layout/ setup of the venue is quite cool, there's a small corner room that feels like a living room (but very artsy) and I'm just in love with it!!! I went on an afternoon for coffee, but I can only imagine what it might be at night.... with a live jazz band (possibly?) it would be heaven!! Go, now. And again!

We found a few bagged up bread rolls in a fridge. Inside the bagged rolls was sliced hard boiled egg, cottage cheese and thinly sliced translucent radish. If you don't like cottage cheese you'll go hungry. I thought momentarily that Poland had returned to 1980's communist rule given the lousy food choices and the shortage of any hot food. Instead you have individually wrapped industrially made croissants in a foil bag along with other assorted factory food in foil bags like rice cakes - yes you read it right - rice cakes. Think Lidl. If you like bananas you'll be alright in here as they were aplenty. There's also peanuts, chocolates and chocolate wafers. The fridges also had soft drinks including fruit juices and one choice of beer. We got there at 8:35pm and we paid €60 essentially for 2 drinks from the bar. We had to self serve our own mixers. We were told post-payment that it was only open until 9pm. We were told that we could only consume food inside, so chilled to 4 degrees bread rolls, barely filled with the cheapest ingredients, had to be eaten at their chilled temperature, so on the plus side they had no flavour at all. The leads for phone charging were lying unfixed on the ground under tables so you had to bend down and rummage to pick up a lead to plug in your phone. The hostess was barely pleasant and she seemed not up know that she's in the hospitality industry. I think she has erred by looking up the meaning of hostility instead and applied those techniques to guests who make pay days. In short, it's a truly lousy place to visit and really only beneficial if you want to pay a very high price for alcohol which you will have to down quickly. That said it's poorly signposted - we couldn't find one signpost to it as we walked through the well overpriced, duty - paid profit hungry shops. We had to ask directions from staff and without their help we would not have found it at all. It's important to understand that this 21st century airport has an unhelpful policy of only allowing passengers through to airside 2 hours before a flight. Even if you check-in at the desk immediately at the 2 hour point it takes at least 20 minutes to get through the awful security check staff, in this glitzy, but genuinely awful airport; an airport that makes Belfast International Airport look good. As Belfast International has just been rightly voted the very worst airport in the UK - by a long way - that's saying something. So having to be at your departure gate 30 minutes before take off with 10 minutes to find this awful place, pay a high fee with checking in at the 2 hour point really leaves a maximum 50 minutes in the lounge. Realistically if your flight is on time you'll have 30 minutes at best. Really, we've travelled all over the world over 45 years, visited 64 countries and this place made me cross, and that's rare indeed - so take good advice and save your money, and don't go anywhere near this truly grim place as it's really not worth it in any way at all.

The guy told my wife and I that he couldn't replace our coals more than twice and right in front of us he replaces other people coals at least three times. The springs rolls were amazing though. If you want good customer service do not go here. The wait for the food and drinks was way too long. When I say long I mean I literally waited 30 minutes for another drink. I had to wave at the guy watching us to get another drink. After a hour of just sitting and talking to my wife he asked if we wanted another. My wife (polish) said he was just trying to get rid of us. This place is environmentally friendly though. You can relax but can't get good service.
