Dr Johnson called me back (on a Sunday) and said he would come into the office on Monday just for me since it happened to be Labor Day! For years I was a dental phobic and really struggled with dread and fear whenever I went to a dentist. Then I found Baxter Dental through the recommendation of a friend. From that first appointment onward I got a bit more at ease every time I went there. After about 2 years I came to realize that I was not going to get hurt there, that everything was explained in detail before any procedures were conducted, and that my concerns would be addressed at every turn. Employees remember me, ask about my family, and my job. I realize that many things are recorded on my chart but they take the time to look up the smallest details like a particularly sensitive tooth etc. and make sure that it is numbed as needed for my comfort.
