Crescent Women's is now owned by UC Health. As I am part of that healthcare system I was referred…read morehere to Dr Hansel by my primary care for a second opinion. I had to schedule the appt through central scheduling as opposed to speaking to the office itself. They were nice enough to put me on a cancelation list and I was contacted through my UC health online quite promptly with a sooner opening. When I arrived I was really impressed by the front office staff who went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. As I was the first appt of the afternoon, I was called back right away. I checked in with a nurse as is standard and was then moved to a consultation room to talk with the Dr. When she came in it seemed she had done a decent job of reviewing my chart ahead of time. She took quite a bit of time to speak with me, never making me feel rushed or shorted and always making sure I had no further questions. My issue with this visit first of all was this Dr has a VERY strong opinion on things, some of which are very incorrect. She told me I should've grown out of my PCOS by now (which is very medically incorrect and not a thing that happens). She also recommended an IUD that would make PCOS worse not better, and with no pain management or sedation for placement which is highly disturbing. Lastly, I was later charged a TON more for the visit due to time (beware UC is really bad about this now) and she ran costly tests without my permission that were unnecessary. While it seemed like the customer service here was great, the medical things left me feeling quite angry. Cannot recommend.

I've been a client/patient at Crescent Women's Medical Group for 30 years. Yes! I said THIRTY!…read more Not only has Chandra (Dr. Gravely) provided me excellent care, every staff member has been kind and helpful. Crescent Women's was my version of "Cheers" - where I could call and say "It's Marti..." and have every assurance that my needs would be handled with kindness, compassion & humor, if warranted. The only two times I was referred to a different practitioner's office was 1)when I was pregnant with our son & very high-risk (The Seton Center & Good Samaritan high-risk & NICU wards are STILL the best of the best!). 2) a fertility specialist who was as shocked as we were to learn that I was spontaneously pregnant. Our son is now 15, has my mouth & 'tude and we repeatedly remind ourselves that he's a miracle. He's also a 15 YO male - ewww! Chandra and co. have ALWAYS taken loving care of my family & me as we've gone through multiple heartbreaks and joys alike. Crescent Women's & Dr. Gravely are worth the flight back to Cincinnati! After 4 decades our family has relocated out of state. My uterus & vagina are worth the travel as is Chandra Gravely & Crescent Women's Medical Group.

I absolutely adore Dr. Erin Requarth and recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is the sweetest…read moreand I've always been so comfortable with her. I've been seen at both the Mason and Montgomery locations and have had great experience with the intake staff, from the front desk workers to the MA/RNs. BUT I've had the worst experience with their nurse Theresa, specifically at the Mason. I called the office when I was experiencing ovarian torsion (obviously unknown at the time of the phone call, all I knew was I was in severe pain and had been turned away at two ERs in the days prior) for further insight on whether I should be seen in office or in the ER and she was rude and dismissive. As someone that has worked in the medical field for majority of my career, I'll never be able to comprehend why you go into the field if you can't practice simple compassion, especially in a field as sensitive as women's health, but what do I know?

She pulls me into her office to discuss a billing issue & said i would be better off going to another practice... OVER A BILLING ISSUE. Mind you, i am experiencing severe cramping & bleeding. She did say i could proceed with today's appointment but i would be expected to pay out of pocket. I decide to proceed with my appointment and go out to the waiting room. My appointment was at 9:30 AM , i got there at 9:15. Everybody was taken back before me even those who came in AFTER me .... 10:15 rolls around & i an still waiting. The office then decides to attempt calling me at 10:30 & i declined their call. I went through an entire pregnancy with Mt Auburn prior to this appointment, NEVER have i waited more than 30 mins. If you want to be treated horribly. Go here. Since Dr Boyd left, they have been horrible. She is now at UC , so if you are interested in GOOD care maybe try going there. I would NEVER in my life recommend this practice to anybody. One of the hardest times of my life & the staff here is just straight up unethical. Goes to the show you how money hungry out healthcare industry really is.

I have been seen by the same doctor and nurse many times before and always had very pleasant…read moreexperience. This last visit I left feeling extremely judged and looked down upon by the staff and doctor. I don't know that I feel welcome to come back and if that is how you treat people then I want nothing to do with this establishment going forward. Based on comments, body language, and tone of the doctor and nurse I felt that I was being judged as less then, or that my life choices were wrong. I have not had health insurance for 3yrs due to financial difficulties after turning 25y/o. There is no penalty by the Government for not having insurance and as a young healthy adult I do not need it, this used to be a fairly common practice. In the past three years I have only been sick once with Covid which required a doctor's visit, with that visit and my last visit to 7 Hills I have spent a total of $275 dollars on my health care in three years, which has allowed me to get in a more financially stable place considering I haven't been wasting thousands of dollars on health insurance. I received snarky comments from the nurse about not having health insurance, when I was asked if I wanted an STD test done, I stated that I was paying out of pocket and that I didn't want to agree to anything without an idea of the price first. She replied in a nasty tone and slightly raised volume "I don't know! Usually, people have insurance and its covered..." She proceeded to toss the collection bottle in the trash and walked right out the door. When asked about being on the pill I said that I chose to go off it after 11yrs as I do not want to put artificial chemicals in my body anymore and that I was using a more natural method. Getting back on the pill was mentioned at least 4 times after stating that I wasn't interested. I would expect a health care provider to be more accepting of natural methods then pushing for me to take artificial hormones. I am 28yrs old if I get pregnant by accident that is fine, I wasn't even asked if I chose to get off the pill because I was wanting to have a baby. I would have been very interested in hearing about preparing my body to get pregnant as that is the next step in my life. But no, I was just pushed to get back on it. In the many years that I have gone to this establishment I have NEVER been asked my vaccination status, I was asked when the last time I had the flu shot, if I got the Covid shot and if I planned to get it. What does that have to do with my breast pain that was barely addressed? Nothing, except politics and virtue signaling. After conducting the breast exam, the doctor didn't even tell me that my breasts were fine or that everything seemed normal. When I was explaining the extreme breast pain, I was told that "It's PROBABLY from you getting off the pill." "If you get back on it then it may go away." "You let me know when you want to get back on the pill." Proceeds to check my breast and says nothing about it. So, I still have no doctor's reassurance that my breasts are healthy. This is very disappointing for me because the doctor is the same one that has delivered my nieces and I always envisioned he would deliver mine as well, I don't want that anymore. Additionally I sent this as a review directly to Seven Hills after my appointment and you would think they might reach out to me with an apology for my experience but no, instead I was shocked to see that they sent me a 2nd bill instead! Since I paid with cash the doctor gave me a 20% discount. Well... after I sent this review they revoked the 20% off and sent me a bill! Very professional! When I called the pay the new bill even the bill pay lady was snarky and immediately assumed I would be using a Care Credit card and said "We cant take Care Credit for this low of a payment!" I told her thanks for assuming but the bill is less then $40 I can pay that with a debit card... I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!
