Buying a home is both a frustrating and exciting process. With every piece of good news, you come to expect a little piece of bad news is waiting right around the corner. Finding the right home can also be exhausting. There are numerous factors in a seller's market that were completely out of our control. Fortunately for us, we had Kristin on our side. When I decided to purchase a home, I basically picked an agent at random on Zillow. Kristin White happened to have the highest number of homes sold on her Zillow profile, so I chose her because I figured she obviously has the experience and must be a popular choice, but I didn't really know anything about her. I emailed her late in the evening (around 11:30pm) and expected to hear back from her in the morning. You can imagine my surprise when she responded within minutes and asked if we could continue tomorrow. It wasn't an automated message, she was just still awake and kind enough to say something. We are FIRST HOME BUYERS!! This is a very exciting and terrifying experience! We did our research on Agents and from the very start, Kristin was there to help! When I first contacted her about working with her to find a place, I emailed her at around 11:30pm, not expecting her to contact me until the next morning. However, I received a reply within minutes and we went looking two days later. Being very familiar with the area, she always gave her honest opinion on the area, home, property, neighbors and price!
