The front door of the main building is open during business hours but keyfob needed after hours and on weekends. My apartment is comfortable and provides all that I need. I really feel at home here. I've lived in apartments pretty much my whole life and I must say that the office and maintenance personnel are top notch! Friendly, responsive and professional every one of them. They never make me feel like I'm a bother and quickly resolve everything. We're all extremely happy with this community.

Just look at the pictures they provide! No special lighting or trick angles like some complexes use, which is what we thought at first. Once we took a tour, we were convinced that these apartments were the right ones for us. Wil did an excellent job giving the tour. The property grounds are regularly maintained and a beautiful. Parking has never been an issue, which is rare in most apartments. Even with hundreds of people living within the gated property, there are always spots open no matter what time of day. It's nice to come home and be able to park right outside your apartment. The onsite gym has most anything you could need to get a complete, heavy workout. The fenced dog park has so much space for our dogs to run around; they certainly don't have any complaints. These are all things you can see in a tour. The thing that stands out to me the most is just how great the staff treats people. Once you live here, you'll see it every day. Both Wil and Sylvie have been nothing but genuinely friendly and professional. We are always greeted with a smile by them whether we're in the club house office or out walking our dogs. They have treated us kindly from the first tour and continue to do so to this day. The response time and turnaround to repair any issue is quick. It's great to know that good help is just a call or email away. We especially like the fact that they both live at Preston Run. That says something about how special this place is. It also shows how and why they are so passionate about keeping the place running smoothly, because this in their home, too. I can't say enough good things about this place. I hope this review offers a glimpse of what we get to experience every day at our amazing new place. We love it here!

They are just as expensive as new build apartments next door but yet 20 years old. Our A/C was out for several days and management was too cheap to bring in outside A/C company, so instead incompetent maintenance proceeded to make matters worse, fill our apartment with smoke, run up our energy bill by $100+ and refuse to compensate us for our trouble. They finally got A/C company out there and it was fixed within 20 mins. Before, our apartment was 89 degrees while I have medical issues! When we move out, my partner requested a walk through multiple times. Management said that we didn't need a walkthrough because our apartment is spotless (I clean daily) and they weren't going to charge us for anything. Come to find out they charged over $100+ for bathroom and kitchen cleaning despite our apartment being "spotless!" It was only when I called and threatened to sue based on breach of lease (they are required to do a walkthrough in order to charge for damages) that they agreed to have me come back and "reclean" and they wouldn't charge us! I'm sure they will comment on here that all the issues above were all my fault, and they did what they were supposed to do based on lease agreement blah blah blah, but that's fine! I know in my heart that I was an amazing tenant, quiet and clean, and management here are crooks! Avoid this place and rent next door.

First and foremost, they have new people on-premise for property management it's 1000 times than the old management. Some of the issues still exist but at least they are trying on top of that, prior management only did things when it was reported. I've observed some things are done on a proactive basis. Most importantly, they treat their tenants with kindness and respect instead of jumping to fine you for a violation. You still have to deal with crappy neighbors but alas, that is apartment living.

Was great when we first moved in back in 2024, but as of late the place has really been letting me…read moredown. I don't know if it's because they changed apartment management or what. Put in a maintenance request because the washer stopped spinning, and didn't hear anything for two days until I called the office. I was told one of their maintenance technicians quit and they were behind and only responding to emergencies. Spotted the maintenance techs repainting fire hydrants, so I guess that counts as an emergency over a washing machine that isn't running, but what do I know. Two days later, I still heard nothing, inquired again and was told the same thing. Eventually, I got so fed up that I figured out the belt slipped and was able to put it back in place. THREE WEEKS after the initial maintenance request had been opened, and maybe two weeks after I canceled the request, maintenance showed up while I was at work to replace the belt and left the laundry room a mess--they had moved the washer and dryer and didn't put them back so I had to do it myself. I was pretty upset that the office just left me hanging instead of reaching out like "hey, sorry, we saw your request but we can't respond to it soon". I think I would have been less irritated. On top of that, one of the residents spends hours revving his engine, sometimes at 1 or 2 in the morning, and I work late nights and it wakes me up when I've just gotten to sleep. When I complained about the noise I was told there was nothing the office could do since the noise was out in the parking lot and not in the actual building. There's a group of middle schoolers who gathers around my building, making a ton of noise late at night and in the early hours of the morning, goofing off, and since I live on the ground floor sometimes they'll be right outside my window and I've even caught them digging through the mulch in front of my window. Again, when I put in a complaint, no response. I understand sometimes that there's little that the office can do about obnoxious neighbors, but it irritates me because they're so quick to add a fee onto your account if you put the trash out 30 minutes before 5PM, or they'll just stick a paper in your door about the noise rules, but god forbid they communicate to you if they can't respond to a maintenance request right away. And half the residents ignore the signs telling you to clean up after your dogs, because the grass in front of my building is absolutely littered with dog poop. For the amount of money I pay for an apartment, I've begun to get pretty disappointed. Again, it was awesome when I moved in, but now it doesn't quite feel like home anymore.
