I am so very blessed to be in a neighborhood that takes such great care of its residents. I haven't been living here very long but I can honestly say that anything that I have needed, it has always been taken care of. When I first moved into the resident, I was going through a tough time. Anisa went far beyond her responsibility to make sure that I was taken care of. Not only did she do this, but the staff as well. I loved my apartment and the people at Legacy Village. My move in process was simple and easy. The maintenance team always responds to my service request quickly. There is never a day that goes by I really miss living there. The apartment are kept very clean and the office team is so knowledgeable about the area. Horrific company that didn't care. We complained from date of move in about the cig smoke the dirty carpet the master bathroom wall that had mold and mildew in it amd the tenant upstairs that is smoking weed amd doing drugs. The on- site Springfield Police officer is useless and never returned calls. Tenants I'm our same complex complained also but nothing was ever done. We had to leave it was getting so bad. The property manager had been moved to Ga because we found out they sold the Leagacy to another company. Mind u the rent was being increased and they were having us sign new papers saying in the winter that they would not assume any responsability for the parking lot ect. No salt ect we are on our own. The buildings are settling and cracked walls through out. If your downstairs you can here everything your neighbor is doing upstairs amd I mean everything ! For the money it ain't worth it. read more
