She even gave us recommendations on which machines to use and how to get the best bang for our buck! I've had these shirts for ten years and my normal experience has been that they cost about 3.50 per shirt, so I thought her quote was normal until I picked them up and got charged $13 for the pair. OK my mistake. But then, there was a spot on one of them and of course when they hand the shirts back to me, they try and hide that the spot has not been cleaned. I check before I leave - the quality of cleaning on both is poor - the clerk tells me that they normally put a tag on a shirt that cannot be cleaned. Because there's no tag they'll send it back and see if they can rework it. I picked the shirt up a few days later and it doesn't look like anything has been done to it, except that now there is a "cannot dry clean" tag on it. So, no refund. No discount. No attempt at trying to clean my shirt. Poor customer service and poor quality of cleaning. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
