Hello. I strongly do not recommend using the services of this company. Briefly summarize my…read moresituation. I had a collision in a parking lot on August 25. I immediately filed an insurance claim. After receiving an estimate from the insurance company on the 30th I booked a day with Simplicity Car Care Calgary South where I could leave my car for repair. The repair day turned out to be a month later on September 25, as they assured me that they needed time to order the parts. Well, with a damaged car I am waiting for the appointed date and on September 25 I left my car, it was agreed that they will do the repair in 5 days, in the end they did it in 16, because they did not order the parts for the previous month. Not only that they repaired three times longer than the stated time, but they did not repair the side view mirror. There was a crack on the housing, but they assured me that they would replace it within 1-2 weeks. As a result, 20 days have passed since then, they are silent and are not going to repair what they were obliged to do. I do not recommend using the services of this company.

When I dropped my car off I had a rental waiting at the shop for me & it was an Infinity Q50 signature series all wheel drive... I hope I don't need them again... but if I do I will go back there without hesitation... Good Job Simplicity!!!!

They have contacted us multiple times after our purchase, which was in mid March, asking if we wanted to buy another vehicle not realizing that they had just sold us one. The thermostat needed replaced within the first month, in addition to the wiper mechanism needing to be adjusted. The worst of it is that we had the van for less than four months and now the back brakes AND calipers need replaced at a cost of over $1000. Rather convenient for Calgary Car Centre that the only thing their "extended warranty" does NOT cover is brakes. We could have gone to a different dealership, but thought we were getting the best deal here. Avoid this place at all costs.

Later they dont prefer to call again and I had to make calls and I learn Tesla & Palisiade both are sold and I had an unconsented Credit Check on my credit Bureaus. I have never consented my Credit check. So now I have an unnecessary credit check and illegal credit check on my file which I am disputing and filing it to AMVIC. They can steal your identity.
