We showed up a few minutes before they opened and they insisted on serving us, the staff was absolutely amazing in that regard. We tried some local ciders and beers as they had a plethora on tap. The dishes were absolutely delicious and for the location were reasonably priced especially for a Michelin star restaurant. They were very knowledgeable about what was happening and when a drink was forgotten it was no big deal to have it removed from the bill. It was such a lovely experience. As far as food I ordered the cheeseburger with the poutine fries. Now they weren't true poutine, but it was very close and still very delicious! The gravy was thick and flavorful. The cheeseburger was amazing - thick flavorful beef, delightful cheese, soft bun. My friend got the cured meat tray and he was thrilled with it as it was a full plate of so much meat! He finished his meal with the smoked meat plate which proved to be too much for him to finish! There was meat underneath meat! So much meat!
