From the minute you walk in the door, you're greeted warmly and made to feel like family. I came in needing something as simple as watch batteries replaced, but what I found was a place I felt I could truly trust. When it comes to valuable and sentimental jewelry, I'm overly cautious about where I take my pieces. Trust matters. They were fair, fast, and very reasonably priced, and I never once felt pressured. Whether you're looking for exquisite jewelry or simply need a watch battery changed, they treat you with the same care and respect. That says a lot. I feel like I've finally found my jeweler, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. It's rare these days to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and that's exactly what you'll find here.

She inspected both watches and explained to me that waterproof isn't guaranteed after battery changes, which impressed me because not everyone will tell you that, even though that is always the case. I was more than happy to browse, and honestly, the watches were done faster than I was. You can only give five stars here, but I'll give them 10 Friendly, competent clerks to help you Big, beautiful selection of timeless jewelry Gorgeous watches Appealing gifts Great prices Jewelry/watch repair Trustworthy (30+years serving us, excellent reviews) Treat your like family (you know, the good side!) As a young man I often visited this jewelry exchange (a group of jewelers in one place) to purchase…read morea gift or two for girlfriends. Gold wasn't so costly back then and the jewelers all worked to win the sale. Time has not held well for this location however. Many of the jewelers are gone and several of the small boutiques now sell chat-skis and other items. The building is not very kept up and only 4-5 true jewelers reside. I saw one repair area in back also. I found the prices offered were ridiculously high at full retail and inventory slightly limited. There were no deals and everyone thought they were Jared's or Mayors vs a true exchange. We left without purchase as we could find better deals and more choices as the Festival Mall off Sample.
