Am ashamed for not leaving review earlier, having used this cattery pre-Covid.
In making initial arrangements, the owner was very accommodating of not only my wishes, but also my schedule (the phrase 'bent over backwards' springs to mind).
Dried food is obviously needed in summer, when flies can get to it, but she agreed to leave wet food provided for my beloved Bengal out for a short period while cleaning/feeding work was being undertaken in the mornings (my cat also had dried food while there). The wet food provided was frozen, so this also entailed making space in her personal freezer, & defrosting before serving.
I suspect my cat may have suffered from separation anxiety. When I went to collect her, she came running at my call, & was quite vocal & clingy (all meows, purrs & cuddles).
I'd taken some of her things with her when she initially went in, a couple of which (such as a scratching post/perch) were quite heavy - the owner insisted on retrieving them & carrying them to the car for me, saying 'I don't want that cat to see you walk away at all right now'.
I was truly touched by her effort, consideration, & obvious compassion towards her charges.
My Bengal is my baby, & I want to provide her with the very best care that I can - including in my absence when necessary.
I'd have no reservation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending this cattery to anyone. read more
