So we have to split up the party. As in 10 people wouldnt be in the same car as the bride/bridesmaids. 2nd of all, 1st limo was 15 mins late, 2nd limo was 30 mins late. Making it impossible for us to do our hour and a half bachelorette scavenger hunt without missing our reservation. 3rd- The only reason we waited for the 2nd limo, is because we were told that it was bigger and that the entire party could easily fit in it. It was smaller. 4- We were told that the limos were NOT moving until they received payment. Even though I clearly told the owner to put through the credit card I had on file when he told me the limo I booked was not available. I was also not told I had to have my credit card with me. This then delayed the limo EVEN MORE! And forcing one of the guests to hand in their credit card to "Save the Night". 5-The limo drivers had no idea where they were going. They knew where we had to go before the party, and didnt even think to put it in google maps beforehand? NOPE. One of the bridesmaids spent the entire ride bent over the seat telling the driver where to go with her IPhone. PATHETIC. And when we called to explain our horrible service, I was told "If you just payed the damn driver you would have been on time." oh and lets not forget, "You knew we were dividing the party beforehand... why would you complain about it now?" I've been using them since they began local operation decades ago and took a ride with driver Ben this morning. Even though I had not given their dispatch the amount of notice I normally would, Ben was at the pick-up location before me, he was courteous and polite, and I'd gladly request him by name in the future. Prestige might not be the least expensive option but they have large, clean SUVs (Ben drives a shiny new, black Escalade) , sedans and limos, all operated by dedicated, professional drivers. These are the sort of very knowledgeable, experienced drivers who make you glad you opted for their company. You can expect a flawless trip, every time!

I emailed them on August 6th to confirm that everything was good, I got an email back and it was good to go same day. Then I got an email on August 23rd at 4:01 PM stating that they will be cancelling the limo service for my wedding that is 4 days away. They did not call even try to call me to explain the situation they just sent an email. Now we are stuck 4 days before the wedding trying to find transportation and we will not be refunded since we purchased it in a auction. This is every bride and grooms nightmare and I do not recommend this business if you want reliability. I even signed a contract with them and item 1.1 states: Image Limousine INC agrees to provide the designated vehicle and driver at the time date and location specified on the contract. They clearly breached there own contract. Trying to speak with the owner got him yelling at me, saying he had no driver since the beginning and was only hoping, also had no limo. Very unprofessional management/owner.
