I called to pre book a pick up time for my 14 year old son after a school function. The cab was…read moresupposed to pick him up at 8:30 pm to bring him home. They told me not to worry he would be picked up. When he wasn't home by 9:00 pm I called the company to see what happened. I was told in a nonchalant way that they forgot. He offered to go try to find him but in the meantime my son arrived home after getting a ride from a friend. My son said he waited 20 minutes but the cab never showed up, he was lucky enough to find a ride from someone. I don't know how someone can forget about picking up a minor on a cold dark night, especially in a small town like Sackville.

Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay here was a good one. The room itself was great - modern and spacious. Quite clean as well - that's something hard to come across on occasion. Like all Holiday Inn Express hotels, there is free breakfast, a nice touch. The WiFi also worked quite well here. Not sure when the next time I'll be in the Moncton area again will be - but I will certainly stay here again when back.
