Our BCBA is so thorough and seems personally invested in his progress. He is always very prepared for our weekly parent training meetings. The facility is very warm and inviting. The BCBAs on staff work to set goals for their patients and were updating us daily on his progress and well as sitting down with us monthly to show us how he is improving. I had a miscommunication with my insurance and while sorting the issue out TMP worked with me until a resolution was made with my insurance.

However, since I have been a patient of hers; I have noticed the lack of communication between myself and administration regarding appointments and sudden changes. When I went to the location in Plano, I was always met with understanding and follow-ups when I wouldn't show up to make sure I'm okay. This time, I was randomly charged for a hefty no-show fee without a call or message. I made a point to reach out beforehand to make sure they knew I couldn't make it, and Tyler didn't even bother to confirm the messages were received and charged my card. I leave my card on file because I understand and agreed to the rules, however, if I am not met halfway, and it becomes a consistent problem; then it becomes unbearable to schedule appointments each month with a provider I liked but a admin team that could care less. Unfortunately, I reached my last straw and decided to seek help elsewhere. If you go to an MBO clinic, I suggest going to the Plano location.
