She is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly dedicated to her clients. What stood out most…read morewas how attentive and responsive she was no question ever went unanswered, and she always took the time to explain things clearly. She truly goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. You will feel supported every step of the way and confident that you're in the best hands. If you're looking for a Realtor who genuinely cares and delivers results, I couldn't recommend Brandy more highly!

Brandi is an incredible realtor. If you want a caring and…read morecompassionate realtor who is 100% dedicated to you and your needs she is the one! She wasn't even my realtor but she was selling a townhome that came up last minute on my emails. I was desperate, My realtor wasn't available and I had less than ONE day to either buy a home or renew the lease on my small little apartment that I hated ( but was grateful to have) I had just been through a divorce and I really needed a home for my little girl and me! I called her from the driveway of the townhome and she said she'd put on a hat and be right over! She showed me that unit and about 5 other ones. The one I wanted had an offer but I had first dibs if it fell through! It ended up falling through and I got it. She has helped me with so much. Her decorating skills are remarkable so I bought some curtains from her, and she also had a dimmer light installed for me! Once I moved in I got the wrong set of blinds for the laundry room so she introduced me to her connection for blinds Clint. Who is nice enough to get me the right one and install it! Brandi was very thorough on the walk through. She pointed out things that needed fixed that I didn't even notice and had them fixed. She also helped me with my window that I couldn't get locked after I moved in. I was in a pretty bad place mentally at the time and if she didn't take my call that day. I would have been stuck with an expensive lease renewal. She is my angel!!!!! My all my needs rescuer! She said if I needed anything at all she would help me or find someone to help me. I will always recommend her to everyone I know who needs a realtor. She works hard at what she does and she's not just your realtor she has become a friend! Thanks Brandi

She soon started having her assistants show me listings instead of her which wasn't a big deal to me. I work full time and needed to see listings ASAP outside of the 8-5 hours. One week, I had sent here a few listings on Wednesday and she said she would get showings set up for the following Saturday. I said that would work great. One of the listings I sent her was within 2 hours of it being posted, yet it seemed she waited days to try setting up a showing, so the house was pending by the day I wanted to see it. She neglected to tell me this until the morning of my scheduled showings. When I asked if the sellers knew someone else still wanted to see it, she went into crazy defense mode. She called me over the phone to tell me she did not want to work with me anymore. She said showing me listings was exhausting (which isn't that her job??), called me a "spoiled brat," and told me I could kiss her ass. It was the most unprofessional phone call I have ever had with someone. I would never recommend anyone looking for a house to work with her, buying a house should be an exciting time and she made it an absolutely miserable experience for me.

She was proactive in showing us a house next door to another we looked at, that wasn't listed yet. She was readily available. It was fun to work with her to purchase our home.

With an easy and successful closing, we felt happy and grateful, and were able to confidently move into the next chapter in life. When we were listing our home, (we were still pretty young), and we had done well with cleaning and staging, but I hadn't noticed the paint wear on the front stoop wrought iron handrail. Molly kindly pointed out that I might quick take care of that since it's the front entrance to our great house. Immediately, I knew she was right. But, I must have looked stupefied? I was! As silly as it sounds, I didn't know how to fix it? Molly patiently explained to me how to get it cleaned up and ready for something miraculous called Rustoleum, (now I *KNOW*). All-in-all, it took me one trip to the store and 10 minutes of work to drastically improve our entrance. And that's just ONE of many examples of her attention to detail, experience, and humble approach to helping you. Now, we're in the market to buy again, and are thrilled to have Molly by our side! As a buyer's agent, she is helping us figure out exactly what we want, and gets the tough questions answered, so that we feel confident moving forward. Thank you, Molly.

Every now and then you comes across a place on Yelp that makes you step back a little... I've been…read morehere a TON of times! How have I not reviewed this place before now...?! The Picker Knows is one of those places... Probably the premier, and my favorite, antique "mall" in the Des Moines metro! Rows and rows of vendor booth and cases. I'd hate to total the money up that I've spent here... And buying is great, but a lot of times I just have fun window shopping. Looking at the many different things here that I can't afford or have no business spending money on... Lol Very large display items, furniture, antiques, retro and vintage, some modern, a few clothes, comics, vinyls, Hot Wheels, some dusty and rusty things, handcrafted items, and tons of smalls! Prices are vendor driven. So some are high, some are at market, and there are great deals to be found here too. As a veteran I appreciate the veteran's only parking spot near the front door. At only 55 I pass it up a lot because there are veterans in A LOT worse shape than I am. But I have used it a couple of times. It's so easy to spend hours here! Vendors leave and new vendors fill their slots. And with the merchandise being vendor provided...the selection is ever changing! The staff is fantastic and always available for questions or to open a case! The bathrooms aren't terrible for this environment. They aren't perfect...pretty plain Jane...but they don't send you running for the hills. Lol The Picker Knows is a must stop in the Des Moines metro if you are into antiquing or thrifting!

Love all the stuff I got great quality and amazing products…read more .
