There is no customer service response to 3 emails. i broke my fibula skydiving and my video was 3 minutes long while the website says 6-8 minutes. It cuts off in mid air. worst customer service experience ever. read more

Went to Whistler Skydive for my bachelorette party on the weekend. We had a full crew of 8 who were jumping with a mix of 3 who had jumped before (elsewhere) and 5 who had not. The whole team at Whistler Skydive were INCREDIBLE! We ended up waiting around for nearly 2 hours because the weather wasn't cooperating in the morning - but I can say with the most sincerity that I am very glad they did that because it's clear to me they take safety very seriously and I would much rather have not gone then have them try to rush us in weather conditions that are unsafe. For those who write reviews saying their jumps were cancelled because of this - blame Mother Nature and nobody else, because if I'm jumping 10,000 ft from the air I want to make sure the team with me knows what they're doing. We ended up getting all 8 to go and it was the most incredible experience of my life. Would totally recommend getting the pictures and video because it's such a fun way to re-live the incredible experience. Words can't describe how amazing the whole experience was. I jumped with Sally who was so so great at keeping me calm and making sure I felt totally safe. Would do this again in an absolute heartbeat. Sending so much gratitude to the team there!! read more

Jump was cancelled short notice, two days prior, due to plane maintenance. We were super bummed-out since accommodations were already booked and we were looking forward to skydiving. We asked if they would consider giving us a discount towards our next/first jump. Manager contacted us and said booking accommodation was not necessary. Many of their customers drive up from The Lower Mainland for the 9:00am jump. Understandably events happen out of their control which require short-notice cancelations. It would have been nice for the manager to have been more sympathetic to our unique situation since we had planned a weekend around skydiving. read more
