The other cab company I called didn't even pick up the phone. My ride arrive on-time, as agreed, and I was even able to book a round trip that was not planned initially. The cab (van) was clean and clearly well-maintained. The driver was not too friendly (fake) but helpful because he took my suggested route on the return trip. I would definitely recommend giving them a try before call the other guys.

His said the truck was to large for the job but that is what the dispatcher said to bring. She obvisouly didn't listen and it cost $350. for a 15 minute job. They put the coat on the customer because they sent the wrong size truck. Will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. The dispatcher should not be making decisions on what truck is needed.

Visited Saturday, 15 November, 2025…read more After driving the the FexEx full service and realizing it is no longer in operation, we went to the nearby Walgreens that has a FedEx drop box. Unfortunately, they only accept FedEx packages that already has a label affixed. However, the lady at the counter was kind enough to tell us about Horizon that provides service for all the major shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, USPS). She directed us and it was easy to find and even more helpful that they had a flag out front. Upon entry, the employee helped us determine the shipping costs for an international letter. I especially liked that he was able to tell us the cost that each service would cost. We did not end up using the service (FedEx) since it was too expensive - $119 for mailing an envelope with 2 pieces of documents internationally. ‍ Although we did not use the service, it is good to know that they are able to provide service for all the major shipping companies. I will definitely keep that in mind if I need to mail domestic FedEx items.

I went from the Hospitol to home, about a mile drive. It was a $10 flat fee. After such a great experience and conversation with the driver I offered him a well deserved $3 tip that he was reluctant to take. But I made him take it anyway. I was given a business card and a promise of prompt service any time I need their services. Thank You Alpha! I am pleased to know I have a service I can count on!
