When we walked in, the employee at the register immediately called out, "We're not open." I explained that the posted hours showed they opened at 8:00, and she responded that they still weren't open. When I asked what time they would be opening, I was told it could be anywhere from 10 to 30 more minutes. At that point, we decided to take our business elsewhere. If the business is not consistently opening at its posted time, management may want to update the hours of operation or ensure staff are ready to serve customers when the doors are unlocked. Having the door open and the posted hours indicating the business is open creates a reasonable expectation that customers can come in and make a purchase. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed and unlikely to return anytime soon.
