It was fully decorated for Valentine's Day. They have a smaller kids section with a little fence and another kids area with a bigger wooden play area and little play kitchens, grocery and dr office. On the other side is a little cafe with yum coffee, donuts and kid snacks. When I dropped in without a reservation they were so friendly and kept thanking me for coming. They are cashless. You have to complete a waiver but its super fast with the QR code. You can purchase one hour ($12 weekday) or two hour ($18 weekday) and you get a different wristband based on that. I ordered the seasonal Tuxedo Latte and it was YUM! They even had almond milk, oat milk, etc. they have donuts from Beyond Amazing Donuts - I got the classic one. For my son I got a juice box and Applesauce pouch. They also had some other cute kid options like the 'Baby Latte' which is milk with vanilla. Friendly, convenient, good coffee and a happy kid - check it out!

Pricing is on par with other grooming in the area, but I also like the fact that it is more of a small business rather than big box groomers. The location is right in downtown Pineville with ample street parking all around. I also find the inside to be clean. You can see the back a bit which looks sanitary. My only hesitation for pushing to five stars is scheduling. I had to call five times across three days before someone actually answered the phone. There was a voicemail option. I suppose they are so busy which is a good sign though. Next time I'll make my next appointment while I am still there.

The book prices are particularly good and make it easy to take a chance on an unfamiliar author or genre. The café serves very good coffee. During my visit I saw families browsing books while enjoying a drink, friends meeting for coffee and people having informal meetings. It feels like a place where you can spend time rather than simply stop by. The balcony seating looked especially appealing for reading or quiet study, with a good view over the café below.
