    My dryer went down last week... not a good week. I figured I would try to fix it myself since I've…read moredone things like this before. I went on the APP website and I reached out to tech support. Excellent customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable people. They guided me through the troubleshooting process, and we found the culprit... the thermal fuse. Loved the patience they had with me. They gave me the part number, I ordered the part on their website (Great value), 2 days later and the part was at my door (Really fast delivery.) I was able to finish the DIY project without breaking the bank, dryer works, wife is happy, everyone wins! Definitely recommended, they have various warehouses everywhere and they ship across the US.     This place is basically a front end that forwards your orders to a regional warehouse. They do…read moreprovide some good videos but once they forward the order they don't seem to consider it their problem. You'll learn all you need to know by googling their location address. In my case an in-stock part they said would ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday is at least a week late. Couldn't cancel the order on Tuesday when it hadn't arrived as promised. Couldn't cancel when I waited 20 minutes on the phone to talk to an agent who claimed it was shipping that day. Couldn't cancel on Friday (20 more minutes on hold) when it still hadn't even been shipped And as for their return policy? Have fun because you will not be refunded the original shipping AND you'll pay for shipping it back to them. And perhaps a coincidence, but I rarely provide my actual credit card number when placing an order, and the day after I called their customer service is when I had found fraud charges for over $1600 placed on the card I used for the order. EDIT: I gave one star back because the order did finally ship shortly after my second phone call. I know shipping and distribution issues happen, but giving out false information is inexcusable. At a minimum they should have offerred to cover return shipping because it was THEIR mistake. That way I could have and would have gotten a part next-day shipped

    We have had signature appliance service our home several times over the past years and each time…read morewas met with great customer service and timeliness of repairs. However, in August of last year we had a service call, they came out and fixed the washer, we paid our bill and that was that. Fast forward to November, I see a charge of $176 on my bank statement from signature appliance. I simply called to inquire why this was, after a couple calls and leaving messages with an assistant, I was finally able to soak with someone higher up who informed me that this was simply an outstanding balance and was finally processed due to end of year book closings. I informed them that this was the same charge I had paid for our last interaction back in August and I felt this was a duplicate. I was told they would look into this and ensure it wasn't made in error. Since then I have continued to call, leave messages and nothing else has been said. I now sit here months later with no answers and feeling rather robbed. This business is not practicing in good faith to their customers and have failed to provide any explanation as to why I would be charged months later for services I've already paid for at the time of the appointment.
