I had an extremely negative experience with JP Towing. After they towed my vehicle, I discovered…read morefragments of my car scattered across the tow site -- clear evidence that my car had been damaged during the towing process. The driver responsible was James, operating Truck #26, who clearly does not know how to properly tow a vehicle. When I called to address the situation, I was met with complete disrespect and was not taken seriously whatsoever. Their response was to accuse me of damaging my own car within five minutes of leaving their lot, which is absolutely absurd. When I asked for basic details about how my vehicle was towed and what equipment was used -- reasonable questions any customer has the right to ask -- I could hear the owner in the background instructing the employee to refuse to answer my questions and wrap up the call. I also requested footage from Truck #26 to get to the truth of what happened, and they flat out denied that request as well. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The owner, Kyle Leapley, is among the most unprofessional individuals I have ever had to deal with, and I have heard similarly troubling things about his other business, JAL Services. I strongly caution anyone from using JP Towing -- this is a company that damages your property, denies responsibility, and treats people poorly.

Bad enough we were towed, but damage cars and curse at us because we won't accept their lack of professionalism? That's ridiculous. On top of that, they gave us an outrageous quote for a simple repair. For a hub bearing replacement, they quoted us $800! We decided to take the car to a Chevrolet dealership, where they told us the hub bearing replacement was only $230 for the part and about 1.5 hours of labor. The total came to $410 (before taxes and shop fees), far less than what the other place was asking for. When I called to confront them about the inflated price, they didn't even care to explain -- they just said, "Take the job elsewhere if you don't like the price." It's clear this place is trying to rip people off, especially women, with inflated repair costs. I would never recommend them to anyone. Be cautious and do your research before trusting this place -- they'll try to scam you.

Caveat Emptor ... Buyer Beware!…read more Traveling across country and needed someone to change the oil in our truck, balance the tires and grease the bearings on the trailer. We were concerned we would have to go to multiple shops and were very pleased when we were assured that "we can do all for you". Seems that isn't quite true. They did the oil change and greased the bearings on the trailer (single axle) but told us the wheels were too big for them to balance. It's an F250, we told them that up front, and it has stock wheels/tires on it. Their comment was, they look fine, tires are new (they aren't) and they have weights on the wheels ... no kidding. I wasn't aware you could eye-balance a wheel. So it's late in the afternoon and we have no choice but to leave on a 1000+ mile trip as is. Perhaps the worse part is the price ... almost $500 to change the oil and grease two bearings. We were left with no options, we needed to leave the next day. One may think that if the bill was going to be that high for minimal work there may be a call made to the customer. Nope ... just another day, business as usual. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this scam artist. They will rob you and leave you hanging.
