Her name is Rebecca, and I guarantee you she is causing harm to a vulnerable population. Many people seeking treatment do not have a voice and don't know that her behavior isn't ok or even the norm. It was the opposite: always running late, not following their own schedules, not returning phone calls, etc. The group sessions (the majority of your time) are disasters. I noticed people teaming against each other. I could write paragraphs and paragraphs about what is wrong with this program. It's a TOTAL WASTE! There are other similar programs out there (in Texas or UCSD). This one is the cheapest (and for a reason). DEFINITELY PASS! NOT RECOMMENDED! FAIL! ZERO STARS!
