I really wanted to give this spot a good review but I cannot. We came in for mani pedis for four…read morefor our upcoming wedding, and this spot was recommended to us by a friend. We got two steam pedicures - one of the steam machines didn't work the entire time and when I said something, the tech acted like I was crazy until she saw the steam machine working correctly on my fiance. They then subsequently kept coming by every two minutes to fix it but it never actually worked - no apology, offer to substitute the machine or provide a different service. She also barely massaged my feet - for a deluxe pedicure I expected more, as my fiance got what was clearly supposed to be the correct service. Guess who still got charged for it though? Then came the crux of our issues - my mother, who never pampers herself, came out for her first mani/pedi ever. She was choosing a color and asked the front desk to help her and they took her to the gel colors (she did not want gel, nor did she know what gel was or have it explained properly) - she asked for a gold and silver mix and the tech, apparently his first day, was rude about it and had no idea what she was asking even though it was clearly explained. They kept getting vocally frustrated with her for not picking a color and not selecting a gel color. She was overwhelmed and I swear she was about to cry by how horrible her nails looked. The front desk lady came by and apologized and got her someone new for her mani, but said it would be a long wait to fix her feet and she could come back the next day if she wanted instead. With it being wedding week, we didn't exactly have time to wait. So she got her nails done, selected a silvery color that ended up being sparkly. Her nails chipped almost immediately, even after waiting 45 min for it to dry. She asked if she could come back the next day to get them fixed and changed - they gave her a time and she went back. The next day, the color on her hands was completely unevenly applied and it was still not fully dry - and was malleable. She asked for them to fix both hand and feet and just so French with pink under polish. They refused and stated they couldn't do it without gel. This is entirely false as many salons do this, but they were clearly uninterested in taking the time. She settled for French without pink polish, and they said there would be a $25 upcharge since it was French - ok fine. When they checked her out they charged $40 stating that she had a polish change, at this point she was so defeated, paid and left. The staff was unkind and rude to someone who's first time at a nail salon was aptly ruined the week of her daughters wedding. All of this when they told her to come back and they would take care of her. Additionally, my mother in law also had issues with her polish and she got gel! My top coat on my gel nails started chipping a week in, which is pretty quick in my experience for gel nails and there were bubbles in my nails. I let it go because I had no time and it was good enough, but it was just a poor job all around. I am sure that the staff will blame my mom for being indecisive, which they did loudly at the salon in front of everyone, but at the end of the day it's their job to be kind and explain the options to her if she doesn't know. I get that they were busy and they didn't want to use regular polish, but then don't offer it as an option and don't be rude when people are new and clearly need assistance. Additionally they did call and ask for a deposit the day before, and threaten to cancel the appt if we didn't give a card, when we had scheduled a month in advance. Ultimately, not a big deal but also not something I wanted to deal with when I had a million other things going on - either call earlier or ask for the deposit online upon booking like many other salons do. Overall our services were almost $500 and we left feeling like burdens to the staff, and my fiance left generous tips even with these issues, so treating my mom the way they did the next day was very much Not cool.

He is very quiet and introverted but I love that about him. I love a nail tech that is focused + doesn't do too much talking, because it leaves less room for error. I am usually pleased when I leave. I always love the ambiance of Elodie Nails. Nice decor, clean, and plenty of tv's to keep you entertained. I also like that you can earn points from your visits to use toward a discount on future appointments.

Strange experience here. They require a credit card to reserve the appointment and I was on time…read morebut the stylist was not. Stayed for an extra 20ish minutes and my eyebrows weren't even dyed properly. The tint didn't last 3 days. Would not recommend for eyebrows but everyone who gets lashes done here looks great.

The reason why I'm leaving a review though is to mention that the experience wasn't what I'd hope for. Being naïve with my first ever lash lift, I paid for my session and tipped. I'm sitting in my car trying to feel myself and these new lifted lashes, but all I could see was black residue from products she used. My lashes were also clearly unevenly curled which was unfortunate. I feel like Kay was not taking care of me, assisting other people while it was seconds from removing product from my lashes. I was never in a private room like the other clients, but sat in the main room where people entered and left the building. I'm not sure If I'll be coming back, but I'm desperately looking for a reliable place in Columbus still. Also I wanted to mention that she did tell me that if I called within the next week I could get them redone, but this was only if they had visibly fallen. As much as I hoped they would fall a little so I could get them redone, the lashes stay intact for the most part! It was the experience during and the results that really bummed me out!
