My bathroom chest was missed so I had to have landlord find it. I finally emptied all boxes and cups and baking dishes are gone and the biggest thing is something of my great grandparents that is irreplaceable. I am heartsick. Will not be using them again.

Your items are safe. We had a two-bedroom condo that we packed up and emptied out. You pack drove everything to Duluth + add our convenience. We had two men and a truck drive it to Two Harbors. Two Harbors is very small and the movers no movers would go straight here. They only go as far as Duluth. The u-pack was great. They were professional. They were courteous and everything was safe and secure. I couldn't ask for more.

Pay for the space you use and someone else drives it to where you want it to go. How great is that! Make sure and use straps (not ropes) to secure your load. The truck is quite tall, 8 feet. So pack accordingly. If you are willing to do the work I would highly recommend them.

To make matters even worse, the corona virus pandemic was starting to spread rapidly throughout the U.S., so I knew I had to act quickly to salvage what I could and get moved out of that awful place asap. I contacted several movers in the area and Primo Moving was the only company that actually had a phone contact number and actually answered their phone the first time I called them. The other companies in the area could only be contacted through a moving site, or by messaging them. I didn't have time to send messages and then wait days for a response. Alec, the owner of Primo Moving, and his helper Eli were so kind, professional, accommodating, and efficient. They were both so pleasant to work with, and came to my rescue on very short notice. They had me moved out of there and into another facility within the same week that I called them. I was so grateful considering the dire situation I was dealing with. I don't know what I would have done without their help. I would highly recommend Primo Moving, and I will definitely use them again when I find a place to move to.

It was about 4 pm and I had plans for the evening and no one could tell me if they were coming so I rescheduled for Thursday afternoon. Same thing, its 4 pm and no indication anyone is coming. They use AI to text updates. So I called and not sure if I talked to a human or AI. Someone was supposed to call me. At that point, I felt like no one was coming and was going to cancel. Then AI text came at 4:30 pm that someone was on their way. Meanwhile, someone called from their office that my monthly payments were not going through. Instead of paying cash once a year, you now have to subscribe for their services. I checked my credit card and charges had been posted and paid to them. This place is all screwed up. A technician finally arrived at 5:30 pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I had no issues with him. Sadly, this long time customer has had enough. Very poor customer service with no human interaction to resolve scheduling and financial issues.

They gave us an estimate before the lumber shortage this summer, so had to hand build each panel and the gate, and didn't upcharge us. That's a lot of work! They worked very quickly and cleaned up the yard nicely, and even put down grass seed where there was dirt- very nice touch. Super impressed by the extra wide handmade gate- you can't even tell it's a gate from outside of our yard, just looks like a solid fence- and it's super secure because it only opens from inside the yard. Has a place for an optional padlock as well. Have not seen a design like this before- very creative and beautiful! We are so grateful for the crew that tackled this project- it was hard work and they did a BEAUTIFUL job on it. Will hire them for future projects.
