We were planning a 12 day vacation out of the country and needed someone to check on our cats every other day while we were gone. I was pleasantly surprised when I called and got a real person on the first call; Donna and I spoke about our pets our specific needs and when we were going away and set up a meeting with Donna, my husband and myself. She arrived at the meeting on time and well prepared with all of their information and appropriate forms to gather ours. Cindy secured several bids to fix the sprinkler system, stayed during the service call of the selected repair company, and then re-programmed the system as instructed.
