Glad we did :) The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was delicious- quite large and great homemade cheese sauce, tender steak, peppers, onions, and mushrooms.... Oh my! Kids loved their chicken tenders, cheeseburger and raved about their seasoned crispy fries and Tater tots. Our son said it was in his top 5 greatest takeout burgers! French dip was great and au jus made it all melt in your mouth. Happy we have another option for takeout and excited to try more on their menu. Help support this local place that clearly puts out great homemade food and does their own baking of wonderful treats. Thank you Dodgingtown and we will be back!

It is a treat to go get my bacon egg and cheese here and a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by the staff working. (Shoutout to Ian and Miss G and Puja!!!) I am fortunate to live so close to this place. Food always hits the spot, consistently stock good drinks (and niche options) and the decor inside is colorful and fun. I am excited for the addition of the coffee bar and will always be a returning customer to this little gem of a spot. Side note- try their homemade bacon, it is so good!!

If I could have given zero stars, I would have…read more I went to pick up an Rx. I stood at the pickup window for 5+ minutes. Of the 5 people behind the counter (including the pharmacist), not one acknowledged my presence. Finally, after helping someone at the drive through window, one staffer said someone would be with me shortly. After another minute or so, she suggested I move to the drop off window where I would be more visible. I did so. 3-4 minutes passed before another staffer looked up and said someone would be with me shortly, then went back to joking with her colleague while she worked. A minute or two later, yet another staffer walked over to the pick up window and began to help someone who had shown up after I had been instructed to move to the drop off window. I pointed out that I had been waiting for some time and now that patron was being helped before me. I was again told someone would be with me shortly. I reminded them that I had been standing at the pickup window, unacknowledged, had been told to move, did so, was again ignored, and then they proceeded to help someone who showed up after I had. The second staffer retorted that she had acknowledged me, to which I replied that I had already been waiting nearly 10 minutes at that point, that I had someone at home to whose care I needed to return, and that all she had done was tell me I would be helped but instead someone else had been helped. She claimed they were understaffed. When I complained yet again about the staff ignoring me and helping someone else first, this staffer threatened not to help me at all. I told her I did need help, that I needed to pick up an Rx, and gave her the patient'a name. When she looked up the Rx she told me it had not been filled because they needed to talk to the prescribing doctor because there was an issue with refilling it. The Rx, for an epi-pen, I explained, was not a refill. The patient had never been prescribed one before, and had been prescribed at the hospital -- not by the patient's primary doctor-- after the patient came in through the Emergency Room with anaphylactic shock. Oh, she said, he just left the hospital? No, I replied, he'd been released a little more than 24 hours ago. She asked "and you don't know who the prescribing doctor was?" I did not. She then said I would need to talk to the pharmacist, who would be with me when he was done with his present conversation. Once I spoke with the pharmacist things finally got on track. He apparently did not need to speak with the prescribing doctor, he simply put the order through and it was available about 5 minutes later. During this process I was asked for the patient's phone number twice, and his name and date of birth 3 times. Excessive, but since they kept bouncing me to different people I can understand. What was inexcusable was: 1. The staffer telling me they had to speak with the prescribing doctor when that was a lie, and 2. Being ignored, moved around, and skipped over. I can only conclude that my treatment was racially motivated, as I am African American and everyone who was acknowledged, helped promptly, and/or apologized to for the delay, was white. Perhaps I would have received equal treatment had I told them that the patient was white? Since I was the only patron ignored and otherwise rudely treated, race is the only variable to which I can ascribe the disgraceful treatment I received.

We are making Lobster Fra Diavlo for din and we already got fresh Maine Lobstahs lol from a local fish monger but we needed to get all of the rest of the ingredients for the dish as well as making a pan bagnat for lunch (Niçoise tuna sandwich). We found all the beautiful and fresh ingredients we needed as this store is not lacking for want. I also got a couple of bouquets of fresh flowers and the single genius flower bunches were beautiful but I wanted a premade bouquet and the selections of premades were all starting to look a bit wilty sadly; maybe time for a sale to clear them out. This grocery store is very clean and nicely stocked. There were some ladies promotion vegan meat and they were offering samples but all the different departments had their own fair share of nice tempting goodies. It was packed and parking was tough but they are calling for some decent snow tomorrow (up to 18") so that didn't help the weekend rush. Context: I was in weeks ago buying a 4-pack of Broccoli (and think I mistakenly left it on the checkout counter) and asked about taking boxes, as I'm selling my home. I was encouraged to take as many as I'd like; I'd be doing them a favor as they were inundated. Bought another 4-pack today (Broccoli and Bees), and asked at checkout about taking more boxes, "sure" was the reply, with no mention of a three-box limit. I put the beer in the car, opened the back hatch, and, thinking I'd be smarter this time, grabbed a cart to save trips in and out with boxes. Note: it seemed like the same number of empty boxes as last time. As I'm placing boxes 3 and 4 in the cart, a guy from the customer service (?) desk has taken a couple of steps towards me and calls out in an accusatory tone, "You're only allowed three boxes." Me, calling back to him: "Oh, okay, last time they said to go wild." He, as he turned and took a couple of steps back to the desk, called back, "No, only three," with his hand raised, three fingers extended, his back to me. The guy's tone made it seem like he was offended by my egregious act of taking more than three boxes as if they were in dangerously short supply and wouldn't be replenished any time soon. Maybe it'll become a self-fulfilling prophecy because they lost me as a customer, and I'm damn sure going to steer my considerable friend circle (who enjoy their alcoholic beverages) away from this place that treats its customers as offenders (based on mixed messages from staff or the uncommunicated three-box rule). No fourth box for you!! Such a douche. Would like to have given a Zero rating if I could.

Very disappointing experience!…read more We purchased two bottles of wine for the recent holidays. The red one was perfectly fine, but the white wine (opened in the middle of a large party) was spoiled and with a foul smell. We poured it out and later came back to the store to tell them about it. They did not offer a refund or a complimentary bottle, rather saying that we had to "save" the bottle with the spoiled wine to be considered for refund. They don't trust their own customers and we would not trust this store with our wine purchases.
