When Dr. Stone came, she stood in the doorway with her mobile laptop table, didn't look at or say anything to my dog, asked me some questions, and then had a tech take her to another room for the exam. I've had dogs for 50 years, and this is the strangest most depressing vet clinic I've been to. It's the only time one of my dogs hasn't liked going to the vet.

And I WILL be taking him back there if anything happens in the future. They arrived at 6:15pm on a Saturday (normally hours for an emergency visit), and she got home at 10:30pm. Given the fact that they had many patients in-front of him, I think that's pretty decent timing. The whole screening/visit, was priced very good. They are very transparent with you about prices over the phone as well. She said the staff were super nice and cared for my cat to the highest extent! I visited this particular location one time to purchase some supplies for my cats. I noticed that the regular prices were high, but with my membership in this store's rewards program, the prices ended up being similar to what competing stores charge. I picked out a jug of cat litter and several cat treats, which I expect my cats to enjoy. As for the employees' service, a couple of employees walked past me without saying hello. The cashier, though, did greet me, and she accurately rang up my purchase and wished me a good day. She did not put my products in a bag, so my husband did so. Overall, Petco is not my favorite pet store, but I will continue to occasionally shop here.

Their staff was very friendly, and Dann was exceptionally helpful. The veterinarian was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. All told, I was there for maybe 25 minutes; seeing as I got there about 20 minutes early. If anyone in the Canton area is looking for an inexpensive and expeditious means of pet vaccination, VIP pet care is the way to go!
