So, that said, my neighbor recommended Raymond's Septic, my first call a nice woman answered the phone and was able to get me an appointment for a pump out within several days! They called on the day of service to say they were on their way. Then made swift work of finding my tank and removing the dirt to access the tank. Called to get septic pumped bc it started backing up and was told we had to wait a week, ok fine…read more we waited! Day of our appointment and they tell me they're not coming down my road and servicing me because it looks bad and they're scared to get stuck. Told them it's fine 20 plus ppl live on this road small cars and big trucks and they make it just fine, you have to stay on the middle of road and don't hug the sides and you'll be ok. I've been waiting a week already, took the day off work and have kids and we desperately need it pumped. They told me "we've already made our decision and you need to call another company, sorry". This is not how you treat people or customer's. Most peoples septic's are in the woods, grass, dirt, etc. NOT on paved property/roads. Being able to get down a dirt road, through someone's flood yard from the septic shouldn't be problem for ya'll. A bunch of whiners not even willing to try. Worst customer service!

His price was 25% less than anyone in Alachua County and was very thorough in his explanation. Roy and his crew showed up as scheduled and they discovered the old drain field was put in improperly in that the water had nowhere to go because the pipes were flowing uphill. That and the field was packed with cheap packing popcorn. They were done by 11a and the inspector by noon. His crew graded the area perfectly even and I couldn't be happier with their work. If you call them, don't worry if you don't get them. Roy or Stacy will call you back. They are busy so be patient - you'll be glad you used them.

Alberto stayed very late to ensure us some temporary relief to make it to the next day. Came back the next morning, not only did they fix the clog- but they also actually located our septic and drain, which 2 other companies had failed to do! Great job and great service!
