They also should have only left what was necessary for the hole to be filled in and a bit for settling, not huge mounds that make the yard look like skiing humps. I called and was given promises week after week that they'd come and pick it up. I ended up handling it all myself, but when I did, I uncovered hidden under the shavings stumps are above ground level sticking out. Additionally, the diesel fuel that they spelt and were aware of and said that they'd come back and fix it along with the oil spill in my driveway from their truck. They never came back to eradicate the damages, so I was left to do my best to do it myself. In the meantime, I now have on a tarp under my carport dirt that was dug up and now remains a 4' round 4 foot deep hole in my front yard at the front door. I don't know if I even got all the contaminated soil out. They've been kindly notified of this, but it goes on deaf ears. So I tried to put a claim through their insurance company because they carry insurance and they themselves blocked it from going through because they didn't want to pay their deductible! So why the heck do you even have insurance? It's really quite a shame because they were very personable, fun, decent guys, so I thought. I'm really very disappointed in them. Cliff and his team were efficient with removing two large trees, grinding the stumps, and trimming branches from five other trees. They showed up early and ready to go! They were careful around our pool and with a tree that was way to close to our house. The tree by the pool the team had to take down part of our fencing to access it and were very careful. When they put the fencing back up they were able to point out some rotted posts and helped us shore them back up until we can get replacement ones. The tree by the house was a major pain in the butt as someone in the past had poured concrete down the middle of the hollowed tree, not sure why but they did. Since the tree was hollow in the middle, a new tree had grown inside of this tree and was the tree hanging over our home. Their expertise was demonstrated in their ability to cut these massive trees down and remove them from our property. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs.
