I could have obtained the same information she volunteered from the inernet, and she even insensitively referred to my son, who has been affected by the abuse, as having "issues". I walked away feeling defeated, hopeless, and out $200 of money that I could have used for a more empathetic counsel actually concerned about the client as much as her personal time and money.
