The team in Tea South Dakota treat you as a person not a number. My vehicle was serviced and modified with safety being first priority. I have much experience in mechanical and automotive industry but have been confined to a wheelchair since 2019. I have regained my independence with their vision and mechanical expertise. A appointment is easy to schedule repairs. The sales team is also very polite and can assist with purchasing a wheelchair van. Several different models to choose from on their lot. The service manager and mechanic are the best. They coordinate appointments, service repairs. They are a gold standard in this community. Give them a chance, I trust my life to their safety standards.

If for any reason you can't make it they will not refund the deposit and I have seen them at the fair and there are none in reserve. They have plenty and just hope they don't run out or you don't show and get to keep your money. The people at the fair are nice but the people on the customer service line are atrocious.

I asked to rent a vechile for 4 hours and was politely told to fill out a form but before I even picked up the pen, I was told it would be for only one hour because it was 11 o'clock and the rental time was from 8 to 12. I was surprised and very much diisappointed not only by the "rule" but by the VERY LARGE amount inventory standing idle. I'm happy to say I managed by taking shuttles and was able to save my $40 and from now on, I will rent one locally and tell my friends to do the same. We discussed what I was entitled to for that particular month, and I waited for over two weeks for them to arrive. Having done business with this facility for more than 10 years, I know my supplies don't normally take that long to come. When I called to inquire if my supplies had been ordered, I found out they had not been! There was no apology, no explanation--nothing. The woman I spoke to insisted that I tell her what my issue was when I asked to speak to the person who was supposed to place the order. This violated my HIPAA rights, and I refused to divulge any information. My terrible experience didn't end there. Four days ago, I received a call from Gary in the Mitchell office. After discussing what I was entitled to, he assured me that he would ship out the headgear I needed. Now, four days later, I am still waiting for it to arrive! I'm going to file a formal complaint and will never do business with this office again. I will either call the 1-800 number to order or purchase items from Amazon. This is horrific service! Recently they charged me 500.00 for 50 ABD cause pads. i was able to purchase 50 more from one of the above mentioned retailers for well under 50.00. Definitely do some price checking if you can and don't trust that they will be competitive.
