It's a small store. I dropped off my bike on a Wednesday and got it back on Friday. There were always customers browsing the store. Not surprised because this bike shop is close to downtown Covina. The guy who I talked to on the phone and the guy who fixed up my bike was really nice. They called me if my bike needed something else other than a tune up. They cleaned up my bike and replaced my tape on the handle bars. Will definitely be back again.

Super knowledgeable and impeccable service. Great follow up during the build process and explained everthing about the bikes and the car rack we bought! 3 months later, my front break was rubbing ever so slightly. "Bring it right in and we'll have a look" Tito said on the phone. Turned out to be a simple adjustment on the breaks, but then my bike got the spa treatment. He cleaned and lubed the drive Train and tweaked a few extra adjustments. He spent at least 30 minutes on the bike and no charge!! And then he said bring your other bike in for the same treatment We happily drive 40 minutes from the mountains to work with Tito if you are in the greater LA area and in the market for an E Bike. I test rode the bike and decided it was what I wanted. I showed them that Velotric was having a special promotion that when you purchase a new Ebike through Velotric that it includes a Free additional battery. I pointed this out to them. This is not what they did! They had the bike I wanted in stock in the Monrovia store. So rather than ordering me a new bike, he sold me what they has in stock. My experience with the store with the excerption of battery has been great. They are telling me that they are working with Velotric to get me the battery. We will see!

So I went to have some pads done and right off the bat noticed a bit of scratching from uneven…read morepads. It was light and few and far between so didn't pay it to much mind. Got a flat and decided to do it myself. Took pictures of the washer positions and such with the fenders and dropout. Come to notice it's way off. Mind you he was to only person to work on this. Go to the manufacturer webpage and watch their service video. Notice he completely whatever's the washers and fender just slapped them on there. To boot. Releasing a nut revealed shavings. On my model there are two separate size nuts on the back axle. This 420 dullard just jammed them in, completely oblivious. Do not come here. Inept and incompetent. Actually damaged my bike. Few people deserve a review like this.

I called M Racing and got an estimate for some work. Talked with David and he was helpful. I…read moredecided to clean my chain and install a new battery myself, went into M Racing and David was very knowledgeable and helpful, I bought a battery, some supplies and David took the time to talk and make suggestions. Last item on the list was an oil change and I opted to have M Racing do that. David did the oil change, took it out for a test drive and was very helpful with suggestions. He spotted a plastic cap on the cooling reservoir tank that needed replacement and we ordered the inexpensive part. I had an issue with the throttle on my bike. It would work fine going through the gears but cruising, there was a slight pause before response in accelerating. For some reason the oil change resolved the issue. The throttle became more sensitive so slight speed changes. It was probably the engine working better with the synthetic oil. Shifting improved immensely, became much smoother and the Triumph feels like is has an automatic transmission. My bike felt like a new bike when driving home with the short term maintenance done. I finally called David at M Racing....got on the waiting list and it was a wait..it seemed like the day was never going to come.. I gave David my budget , tossed him my keys and left it to him.. Minutes seemed like days since fires ruled the sky's, the rich became the beggers and the fools became the wise..hear the prophets make their guess that paradise lies to the west. So join in the quest for the sun.. And then alas, the glorious day came when I got the call from David at M Racing! I took a lyft over, he explained everything to me as did one of his techs..both men absolute gentleman ,both absolutely passionate about their craft.. And get this..they came in at 1/3 my budget.. My bike is running like a bat out of hell now..clean, efficient and strong..like a Harley should...thank you David and the entire crew of professionals at M Racing on route 66 in Monrovia.. I'll definitely be brining my bike back for future repairs and upgrades..
