I'm trying to understand the reviews here! I hesitantly brought my brand new 2025 ID buzz in to repair a curbed wheel prior to a nationwide photo shoot and they turned the car around LIKE new, in record time, with phenomenal customer service. Every guest I saw them interact with was treated kindly even down to moving vehicles away from their neighbors parking garage. I couldn't believe the work they put out and at quality! I really appreciate their team. I will utilize their services again and again for my rental fleet for Turo! PS their reviews are quite positive on Google! Thank you so much! Wheel Repair Solutions - Wheel & Rim Repair Near Me - San Rafael, California

This place is super shady and their work is shoddy. Was told to bring in my car to be worked on overnight by their technicians. $800 for all 4 wheel rims if I paid in cash. $1000 if put on a credit card. Had 2 flat tires on same wheel AFTER they supposedly straightened the rims. The only problem BEFORE their work was the slight pull to one side. They refused to honor their work and said they would charge $50 per wheel to recheck. In terms of being "treated kindly" as one reviewer writes, I'd rather have a trustworthy place to get my car fixed then deal with a place like this that smiles while taking your money for a job NOT WELL DONE. read more

Refinished all 4 wheels of my Tesla, each of which had varying degrees of curb rash. The team was professional, prompt and the results were outstanding. The wheels are as good as new and look excellent again, I literally cannot tell there was any damage! The price was fair and competitive and I'll for sure use them again (but hopefully I won't have to!) read more

Wheel Repair Solutions - Before and After. Amazing! - Wheel & Rim Repair Near Me - San Rafael, California

My father's 2000 Mercedes SL500 was in excellent shape....except for the wheels. They were originally chrome but heavily pitted, rusty, and flaking. They took the car in and worked their magic. In fact, after refinishing them/powdercoating factory silver (not rechromed), it still wasn't quite 100%. They asked for another day to proactively make them perfect, and did multiple refinishing techniques on them. When I came to pick up, they looked brand new. Like right out of the factory. Way exceeding expectations I had. Outstanding job. Highly recommended! read more

These guys were fantastic! I had an extremely bent rim and they came all the way out to Occidental to pick it up since there is no spare. They brought it back the very next day and were extremely apologetic about not being able to completely unbend (I seriously did a number on it apparently). And they charged me zero dollars!! This is my kind of business, one that stands behind their work. read more

This is the 2nd time that I have used WRS. Several years ago, I had WRS powder coat my rims on my Mercedes Sedan. This time I had them to do the same thing on my AMG C 63 S rims. The rims came out perfect! I am a very OCD person and expect perfection. WRS gave me just that! I have referred them to 6-8 friends over the years and their work product and service is simply outstanding! read more

I wanted a quote to repair some Acura TL Type S wheels, so I brought them by. To be completely fair these wheels had curb rash on all four wheels, but nothing crazy. I was quoted $200, which I thought was reasonable. Before leaving I clarified that the total repair cost was $200 for all four and not for a single wheel. Surprised to find out that they were quoting per wheel and were purposely vague about the total cost. So the total cost of the repairs would be $800. For reference: I can purchase a new set of wheels for less then $800 new. Used I can get them with new tires. I want to add that I am the Service Manager of an automotive dealer on the Francisco auto row in San Rafael, and I will never use, recommend or forward a customer, supplier or dealer to this business. THEY ARE TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF. I purposely did not identify myself entering the business,as I did not want any preferential treatment. It wasn't there. Businesses like these will fade given time and yelp reviews. JUST FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR WHEELS REPAIRED AT A BETTER PRICE. read more

No Warranty I had all 4 wheels straighten and painted, via Stevens Creek Mercedes, @ $250/wheel - $1000 for all four (mark-up I am sure) After about 1 1/2 yrs, the paint on one wheel, started to delaminate and peel. Stevens Creek initially said the wheels were not painted, just straighten. After 4 emails back and forth, plus photos, (another review for Stevens Creek) they confirmed they sent them out and they were painted. SC has now referred me back to the sub (Wheel Repair Solutions) to deal with the GM - Scott Sousa. I will reach out to Scott and ask for a resolution, though not optimistic. I will update this review with the outcome. Frank read more

I would caution anyone considering getting their wheels repaired or painted at Wheel Repair Solution. The good news is that the personal is nice, friendly and helpful. However, and this is a monumental however! The quality and workmen ship is atrocious. Heaven forbid you get a flat or need new tires. The paint simply chips of with the slightest touch, peels and even flakes off. For $200 a wheel I expected much better quality and durability. I would recommend buying after market or a used set. This was a waste of money and time. As you can see in the photos, I tried to touch the damage with little success. Good luck! read more
