Peter picked out a set that I never even got to approve before they were installed. Once the truck was pulled around, I immediately saw the wheels didn't fit properly and looked terrible. They also charged me for an alignment sheet without telling me, but when I went to get the alignment done, I was told the wheels were too wide for it to even work. When I asked for a refund, I was flat-out told no. The truck originally came with 34-inch tires--these were 33s and not even close to proper fitment. I returned the wheels and tires and tried to do the right thing, but they refused to refund me. I disputed the charge with my bank while they still had the wheels in their possession (as of December 23), but somehow they still managed to take the money back out of my account. To this day, I've received nothing but excuses and lies. Here's the worst part: I recently found out the actual cost of the tires is $596 for the set, and the wheels are $354 each--totaling about $1,570. I paid $3,800 CASH. That's over double the value for wheels and tires that don't even fit. This business is dishonest, greedy, and completely unprofessional. Do NOT trust them with your money or your vehicle. Well the rim popped off the tire machine while they where doing the R&R of the tire. This was a brand new 750 dollar BMW 550I. I didn't want the kid to get stuck paying for it. SO I told them I'd get the rim refinished. It was$130 bucks at Wheel connection. It was 15 bucks worth of paint materials and MAYBE 2 hours of labor. So all in all Wheel connection had $30 bucks invested.. It took them two weeks to get this done and when I drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up. It was done HALF ASSED. NOT only that. The rear part of the rim wasn't even sprayed. 10 mins of extra work and the materials that they threw away could've covered it....I had them double check for OUT OF ROUNDNESS. and he said it was off a hair. SO they fixed it....(REMEMBER I SAID IT WAS A NEW RIM) Wheel they hit the rim and did a minor weld...CHECK my facebook and you'll see what I mean.... The basecolor was shot thin and the clear is dry in some spots,Along with trash in the clear....MANNNNNNN I hate getting riped off..I knew I should've not sent it there when I saw all the other negitive post.......................

This will be my new "go to" place…read more I called a week before in regard to having grinding with my rear brakes. I explained that due to my work schedule I really needed to schedule an appointment and they were willing to accommodate for me as this place does take usually make appointments. They really treat customers off a first come, first serve basis. My appointment was on a Friday at 7:30 am, right when they opened. When walking in, I was immediately greeted with kindness and respect. A gentleman took my keys and stated to get comfortable as I did choose to wait for the examination. Roughly 20min later, the same man came back (I truly hate that I cannot remember his name, he is the longest employee there and is also the Manager) and explained that it was both the brake pads and rotors that would need to be replaced on the rear end. I asked if he wouldn't mind allowing me to see the damage first hand. He then took me back to meet the mechanic, Buddy, to explain in depth why he could not rotate the rotors. Buddy then explained that he would be able to have my car completed in 1.5 to 3hrs so I expressed I wouldn't mind waiting for the work to be done. The waiting room is large, and you could actually say that there are three waiting areas. The large waiting room that you walk into, a back waiting room that is enclosed, and a waiting area between the two with two tables and chairs. Their bathrooms are nice a clean and there are vending machines for snacks and drinks. Also, they are kind enough to have fresh brewed coffee at all times for guests and their employees. The best I can explain this business for anyone is a bus station. People are constantly coming and going for quick repairs and needs. But the key takeaway is that EVERY single person were treated the same, with kindness and respect. This place truly isn't there to "make money" off their customers. Everyone was given the same "deal" and given true estimates for work. There was actually a gentlemen that came in and the Manager explained that the work needed was not something they would be able to look at and recommended a place right around the corner for their needs. I really can't stress enough how wonderful of an experience this business offered and I do mean it when I say, I'll be back and will continue to tell my family and friends to visit them too when needed!
