The wheat sheaf hotel was a great find whilst on a Sunday bash in the Gralie driving through the Derbyshire dales, situated in the small town of Baslow, it has a very large car park with good wide spaces for your pride and joy. On the inside the hotel / restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff right from the outset, we were seated within a few minuets and no sooner had the waiter taken our order the absolutely amazing Sunday roast was sat in front of us, and believe me it really was tasty, and the price to pay for a really good meal was just a mere £18 for the two of us. Marvellous, can't wait to go back on another aimless drive. read more
