We are 30 days out and no refund yet (per WA State RCW) for days of pre-paid care we didnt use - due to the chaos and neglect - care not received, but billed twice for. The frosting on the cake was the staff there calling the state to report me for neglect, for removing my Mom from their care, for their neglect. Our Dad lived there in the past, for years, peacefully and with good care. Not sure how the culture got so toxic but beware.

Without exception the staff was pleasant and accommodating . Very close proximity to local businesses was helpful for my parents for shopping and entertainment. Quail Run has a homey down to earth atmosphere for which my parents were comfortable with.

When I arrived to do that after paying the bill I was informed by the owner that my brother was going to strip the power of attorney away from me and the owner, ron, was going to get dads social security checks delivered directly to him. Which they did.Dad subsequently died in his room 3 months later after falling again. When I contacted ron the owner to clear out dad's possessions, two days after dads death I was threatened with arrest if I set foot on quail run property! They denied me the last 3 months of my dad's life with him so they could get the rent checks. Spare yourself the pain, do not reward them with your patronage.
