I was driving nearby and seen the signs for an estate sale last weekend so I figured why not stop…read moreby and see what treasures they had. I regret stopping. Most of the staff were rude. The vibe there was basically buy it or get out. The guy with a beard and nasally voice (i believe his name was Tim or something similar) was so rude to some people. If you disagree with him or he doesn't like your opinion here just yells, gets mad and throws your out. Plus I over heard an employee talking with someone else about how they don't get paid, but can take whatever they like as "pay". At that point I thought this company is too shady and just left without buying anything. I know there are good estate companies that do a great job and im sure some day can be very stressful but treating customers like trash, basically stealing from the person that hired you in order to "pay your employees" is so wrong. That company really needs to fix themselves or just close up shop before they get investigated.

While she seemed pleasant I didn't like the fact that she showed me properties that were in questionable areas and appeared somewhat dilapidated. I also found it odd that she gave me the info of an inspector she was familiar with and had used in the past. I always prefer an outside independent home inspector so you can be assured they'll be more honest and transparent. In the end I don't recommend her because I felt she didn't work hard enough for me as a client. Buying your first home should be a good experience but it didn't turn out that way, and unfortunately I can't recommend this realtor. That's just my personal experience I thought I'd share.

So we decide to put in another offer for as much as the last time she told us there was a 2nd offer, coming up 50k dollars to meet it. She goes back and forth with my real estate agent and now says they have to go with the first offer even though they have no earnest money and contingent on selling there house. Mind you we have no contingency are pre-approved and will put 14k dollars earnest money and will close as soon as they want. Nancy still refuses the offer. She still is showing the house which makes me think there is no other offer. She is holding the property ransom and I am wondering if the seller even knows it. They broke into my unit and demaged property and then overall refused to properly fix my door and door frame. I had to stalk down Robert for 3 weeks to get a conclusion that they've completed the work. Well to rediscover that they did a unit pest inspection, the assholes stole my desktop computer and some of my child belongings. You all are horrible group of people with no morals or decency. Id never recommend anyone to these rat and roach infested locations.
